    I have been trying to enter the game several times now. For two days I have tried. We went to see mom for two days, and we are back. I'm trying again after the four days. Is Dark Orbit over/dead? I tried to establish a connection but nothing his happing. The Connection Information" Icon is running the green bar is moving trying to "Establishing Connection" but nothing is happening. I have waited for several minutes each time. The most I waited if 5 minutes before I quit trying and leave the game. Most of the time I wait for a few minutes before I close out the screen and retry. I still can't get into the game. What gives? Writing this it has been 15 minutes or more and the game hasn't started yet.

    It looks like I can do other things except play. Is anybody having the same problem?

    Have I been kicked out of Dark Orbit?

    I don't know on which server you play, but it seems that if you clear browser cache and Flash player cache, it will work. Most of the cases when I have been stuck on the loading bar is when the browser & Flash player cache had a problem.

    So try clearing them both, and I hope it will work. :)

    One Question more. How do I do that?

    I defrag, scan disk, and clean the computer with Norton's and with the clean disk that is install on the computer about every other day. Is that what you mean? I'm not that great computer I wish I was a wiz kid.

    I was also looking for a different server too, but I can't seem to find them where they are listed too.


    I had finely found the change server icon. I changed the server. I was able to get into the game screen. The only problem I lost everything. I was worry about all the equipment and time I lost. I was back at square one which I didn't want. No ships, money, uridium, or all the time and money I have invested was gone. I went back to old server and I had everything back, but I still can't get into the game. I'm on USA (East Coast). The server I went to was USA 2 (East Coast). I don't mind change servers, but I want my stuff too.

  4. You can change servers but your equipment and ships do not move with you they are stuck in the server you started in. As far as logging into your original server it sounds to me like your a little impatient. On double rewards day there are many players on and log in is slower than usual if you get establishing connection you must be patient and wait for game to load. Enjoy hope it works for you

    Tell me what browser are you using, and also, which operating system are you using on the computer from which you cannot connect to the game? :) After that I will send you details how to clean out every cache.

    there is a free brower cleaner that cleans you cacha its called ccleaner here is the download link for the free program install then run it .job done you should be good to play again on all servers https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

    Thanks everyone for the info.

    My system:
    HP Computer which is about 7 years old. I try to keep everything updated. I have Gigs of RAM (16?) and 1.5 Tara hard drive plenty of space I think.

    I am on USA (East Coast), and I have Windows 10.

    The longest I waited for the game to start is 20 minutes. When I started this it was about 0620, It is now 0636 and I have been waiting over 15 minutes for the game to start. I can get into the first screen OK and move around to the different areas. I just can't open the game screen. I just sit and wait.

    I have looked into a different Server, and I can open the game up in that server. On USA 2 (East Coast) starts right up, but I have to start over.

    Now the time is 0645 and I'm posting this message and I'm still not in the game.

    I have checked my flash player and it is enable. I also updated it too. I still can't play in windows 10, and I tried Chrome too. Nothing seems to get me pass the game started. The computer just sits there pulsing the green bar.

    On main screen it push Start and the second screen starts to load the Load Button.

    The Load Bar starts to load the game. It turns green and the Start is now lit. I press it and the screen changes to black, and the Connection Information Box comes up. It asks me to wait and I have done it. I don't even see any of the normal screen coming on line.

    Like the Map, P.E.T., and others things I have enable for my screen mode.

    Hi Deter,

    I don't know what you really want so here is what I think you are asking for.

    Name is Warrior Angus, I also go by Star Fighter, but WarriorAngus is my log in/user name for the game.

    My Server is on American East, USA (East Coast)

    I play in the morning usually around 0600 Eastern Standard Time, USA. Or as long as my wife asleep, or hasn't needed me yet.

    Because I can't get into the game, I have been on American East, USA 2 (East Coast) to play. I sure don't like starting over. I lost so mush time and money.

    As I write this note, my game hasn't started yet. I'm still waiting. If you read my past post you can see what I have tried. I even tried using the "Fix Me Stick" and it didn't help.

    DaizY said something about cleaning cache, but I don't know how or really know what he means. I use "Disk Cleanup" to clean my drive that window have it clean's a lot of things, and I use Norton's too clean up, defrag, and fix problems. That doesn't seem to help either. I use Windows 10 system "Tools - Internet Options - Delete" to clean up my computer. Nothing seems to work so I can play the game. I even went to "Flash Player" updated and uploaded it. I tried to play in Windows MSN and Chrome and that doesn't work either. Nothing I know works. I don't know if it is me or you because I can get into another server. If nothing else could the game controllers move me?

    Any help you can give.

    Well I'm done my writing and at least 30 plus minutes have went by and the game hasn't started. I'm in a new window so I won't interfere with my log-in.


    Hi All,

    My computer sits' and wait for the game to start and I do too. I hope someone can help me. Owners/Tech people help me play the game or move me to another server. I have been writing for 5 days, but it has been at least a week if not more. You can check and see the last date I played.

    I want to continue to play with my first ship. I'm not going to spend the time and MONEY on the new ship. I'll may play some, but no where near what I use to.

    I have a Question:

    While I'm trying to get into the game, and you are helping me. Just before all this started I was at my home base on 3-1. I was getting to go into the Kronos Gate. I activate it, but as you know I haven't be able to get into the game to play it. Will it still be there if I ever get back into the game? It took awhile for me to beat the other gates to get ready for Kronos Gate?

    All the gates that you have built and have put on your X-1 map should still be there once your issue as been solved and you can play again.

    Been experiencing this issue for 16 days now burned through a month of boosters and 50 percent packs and level up packs. The amount of money wasted is outrageous. All reps should be free, all events stopped, all ep and honor from Double galaxy gate days should not be running.

    No game currency or gate spins makes up for this, we are talking real money and it's been a long time since got 10k in one dollar bills opened my third story house and threw it out the window.
    all of this is server side not client side. I am suggesting that any one being told to reinstall or move to another browser stop don't mess up your PC. This is again not a client side it is a server side issue and that should be enough for Bigpoint to see that stopping all or even taking down the servers until it is fixed.
    Absolutely ridiculous.

    mates mate i and so confused had few great weeks of play yet again.in morning game was great no lag no lag freeze spikes ,logged out logged back in few hours later can barely shoot a strener without freezing up what is going on .no back ground stuff running cleaned whole pc everythink is upto date cant believe this i wana spend but dare not incase waste of my money what will i do pls pls some help i love game and my friends here thanku

    Checking in with you. Do you know what is going on? It has been awhile you wrote back with any updates. Is there anything I can do to get this problem fixed. I like to get back into the game and start playing. Is there some one else I should contact? Please let me know.

    Everyday I try to play, and everyday I sit and wait. When I say I wait, I have waited up to 20 minutes or more trying to get into the game. I can play in another server so why can't I play on the server that I have my ship and equipment in. In USA 2 (East Coast) it only takes a few seconds and I'm in, but I don't want to start over. Unless your are going to refund all the money I have spent as a credit so I can rebuild my ships and equipment. That is a lot of money to at least to me.

    Please fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
