[UI] Remove 'blinking mines'

    Remove blinking mines

    For a while now I am interested in the usage of mines in combat, however I feel like the red blinking visual with 'explosions' maxed out makes the mines too obvious. I would like to see this effect be either removed or replaced so I can max them out again.

    Yeah, I agree. Honestly I thought DO messed up and got Detonation II and Explosives visual cues mixed up. It'd make more sense if Detonation II made mines blink
