I'm confused too... What are you looking for? Both are really solid 1H builds.

thx. I don't know if 77% armor with less resistance is better or not compare to 2nd build :). So now i'll choose 2nd build :)

I would say 71 armour with higher resistance is better than 77 with lower resistance.

Defensively, go with the 71% armor, ~2200 resistance build as it also seems to come with 1200 more hp, especially if you're doing pvp.

Would go for more crit if you want to use that critdmg setup... at least 50%

I don't play warriors anyway but I think that'd be more efficient

My speed goes down from 1,16 to 1,00 with the damage gloves.

If you are trying to save ess, go with the damage gloves.
If you are trying to farm, go with the speed gloves. Actually, try to push your speed just a little higher to reach the 1.189 attack speed break point for Rageful Swing.

This evening's gem sale probably offered me my last significant change to my stats until R165 brings Crafting 2.0.
I had been looking at the speed break point chart. I had 3 Sacred Sapphires and 2 Flawless Sapphires in my decoration with a third flawless in my gem holders. That had me at 1.50
Looking at the speed chart, this is where I was, even though my speed was at 1.50
    [IMG]
Also, I was also only one polished onyx away from crafting a Sacred Onyx (+335) so I thought to myself, "Lose 6.2% speed by combining all three Flawless Sapphires into a 4th Sacred and gain 335*1.29=432 crit... very worth it." Now, I'm just below the 1.455 break point for Smash, but since I use the speed skill for Smash, this barely makes a difference past the first Smash, but I gain nearly 4% crit chanec.
Here is the two builds I use:
    Painful/Excruciating:
HP and Resist are so "low" in this build because I don't feel like spending gold to move 1000 HP worth of HP gems (worth 1500 HP from knowledge/Christmas gem) and 605 resist in gems (worth 635).

    Fatal:

Okay silly question perhaps, but why not just wear your "fatal" set all the time. Yes, there is a significant difference in DPS with the first setup (I did check the math :D), but is there really a noticeable difference in speed farming using this setup?

BTW: You really should be called Dr. Hoardsalot

There is a noticeable difference, and the only reason I can justify it is because it does not involve changing gems. I find that the higher DPS setup makes the killing if the the three bosses in Q3 take about 30 seconds less (give or take), and during those long farming runs, that time adds up. I'd say that over the course of an hour, this allows for 5-8 more runs and 40k-60k more glyphs per hour. Add that up over 4-5 hours of farming and you easily end up with 200k+ for the same amount of farming time.

Btw how much time are you collecting those cubes? I do 3+ hours of q3m1 and i barely make 5-10 cubes in that map daily. The drop rate its so low from when they got the overexpensive deluxe version...

A friend of mine farms 100-120 cubes per day.
with that pace you can get 1000-1200 in 10 days.

I average 30-50 a day by farming Q3, 3 bosses in 3 min or less for about 3 hours. I also do a bunch of fatal boss runs (only using frags) which can give you 1 every 4-6 min with a good pairing or team. I broke down and bought a 6 month premium about a month or so ago, so that is several fremiums, and a forum contest win, and a couple weeks of the 6 months. All told, lets say about 40-50 days.

EDIT: Since posting that pic, I've farmed another 39... not bad considering that I've been slacking off on the game. A friend asked my to play something else with them for several hours of my primary farming time. I've also farmed another 600k glyphs in that same time.

Hi all.... it's been a long time since I posted anything, thought this one-handed mace, which was dropped by Beararch on fatal might be worth sharing:

Dear god, that is an amazing mace and a godlike 1H build! That has better damage and speed than my 2H and amazing defenses. The only thing that isn't perfect is the crit, but I'm sure that can be easily over looked given everything else.

My jaw dropped when I saw this, and I can honestly say, I am very sorry for your opponent. He has no clue about the mace that is about to slap him in the face.

    Also, Soooooo many glyphs!
