Crafting 2.0 Results

Yes and no. While it is luck based, the odds of ever getting the axe I got by total random chance is beyond astronomical based on experience. Whereas in the new system it is simple a statistical matter of time and gold and items.

 

I don't really wish to get this topic going again, but I remember when Priap had the most god like weapon in the game and that was long before we knew the odds. So despite the astronomical chance it could and did happen.

Since the change, I've not seen a whole lot of difference.

What do you think the odds are of you seeing another axe that comes close to the one you got.

So back on topic, here is my latest failed attempt. I was shooting for a 2-2

 

Only took me about 1k Gold, but I think I'll stick with this for a while. On to making a good bow (still hunting Bearach in the meantime).

 

Also, i'm not using (for now) craft from green, considering that i already have a pink longbow (i posted it in the "how to do crafting 2.0.3" 3D) that has 2 golden stats (68 damage and 46.somthing%damage), with 3 gem slot. I have also 2 longbows with 4 gem slolts and one of them has a yellow line (70 damage).
I'm trying to find another longbow with high %damage to put in the second slot and the 2 with 4 gem slots, in the 3rd and 4th worbench slot.
What i guess is to transfer those %damage lines and one of the two damage line.

The other bonus can be what it wants, i don't mind... still becoming a better bow



But, if luck will give me a green longbow with 45+% weapon damage, maybe i'll try to craft another pink with 2 yellow lines

Crafted this from two belts that had 1 line of 16% each. Was just an experiment till I find a bow with a gold line of % damage.

 

I know it ain't perfect but still, not bad, not bad at all

I was lucky to get both atk spd lines in my first try, but I wanted my 3rd and 4th lines to be armor so that I can switch to a % damage torso... but I didn't wanted to waste more resources.

That is a thing of beauty... A killer 1H weapon that will make you invaluable in Fatal boss runs because you'll be able to do a respectable amount of damage too.

Really nice... well worth investing the anders for the slots. Great for fatal runs like baragain says and also great for pvp.

OK so i got lucky at WB, and yes im glad i got that crit dmg line and not just dmg. shots me up to 300% crit dmg on 65crit rate.

 

I hope Armando is watching those items (I am sure he is) ... and seeing his faulty theory falling apart
Of course I knew I was right ... you don't have to be "computer scientist" but an experienced player.

 

It won't replace my current decoration, but it is a really nice start towards my 4/4 legendary:

I'd lose 190 crit to gain 55 damage, but I'd have to spend the andermant to open the slots. Too bad that the 229 line weren't 240+ like the other ones.
