Am I the only one who believes that "fair play"-"team work" is that moment when DK ( usually not using resources while tanking ) use stones to revive party members ?
That unusual party situations only apply expecially with DK.
    Isn't it ?
Expecially while dodging (es. fireballs from grimmag that hits few party members ).
They usually not revive members BUT they demand - claim to be revived as essentials part for bossing situations.

I revive everyone because I can, it doesn't matter what class I am playing. Not everyone can or wants to revive others in a party. I personally think they should say so before going into an end boss (just polite).

I don't think what you are describing is unique to a particular character class but rather to the class of a player.

agree it is the class of player also the use of essences against a boss. Would be so nice for a color of essence indicator for each member of a group

I would personally like to see Dk's have the ability to go back to 2H soloing instead of being forced to do nothing more than spam the aggro button for others, but it is what it is for now.

If any player routinely demands something while grouping that feels unnecessary, it seems to me that it would be much easier to simply block/ignore that person than it is to come onto the forum and complain that an entire class is somehow selfish. Oh wait, I guess not.

Fair play is not something easily achieved when you are playing with strangers.
Sometimes you will find nice groups, but more often random groups are full of uneducated folks.

    Probably you misunderstood mine words.
What I was supposed to say is that most of all "DK" uses not to use stones over slained party members.
Most of them is able to write on chat "use red ess" as long as they are not even able to revive one member of the group.
Did you find lots of those unfair players or am I unlucky with them ?

Maybe you have bad luck when it comes to grouping. Maybe you need to add the good ones to your buddy list and ignore the rest.

The "most" of all is an assumption, no different than all the OP talk when it comes to a specific class vs another.

Here is what I have found since 185 was released.

If I play my DK, I am asked to play 1H and do nothing more than spam the aggro skill over and over while all the other classes get to have fun.

If I choose to play 2H, no one wants me in their group, because they assume that I cannot hold aggro.

Prior to 185 there was a segment of the players whining about DK's not needing groups (which was true). Now the whining seems to be about DK's not carrying their own weight. What's the point if everyone just wants them to hold aggro? Why waste the ess if you have no ability to kill?

As far as revival stones I have hundreds stored up from gambling at the jesters and more often than not simply sell them because they take up space that I need for more important things.

I will revive anyone whether I am in a group or not, sometimes randomly on regular maps just because I have so many.

Since 185 , most of all time I was using DK and in spare time dwarf.
    After 185 viceversa.
Being able to tank a mod3 boss is almost insane, but it is funny to take aggro and dodge/jump most of all bosses's attacks.
DSO is a basic/simple mmo where each class must understand its own role.
DK have tanking designed skills ( aggro & heal self ) as not as dd. ( do not forget that a dk cannot use skills if mobs didn't attack you )

I think you are unlucky with them. Join a guild. If you are Agathon, I can invite you to ours. :)

I opened a poll time ago about silver essences... If you want to tank vargulf mod3 I'd like you to spend essences too, wich is fair, taking into account that Vargulf is hard to kill alone (excruciating) and it is also really long kill as a pure tank build.
(Consider that a lot of fury is recovered by vargulf attacks, so you won't be spending many resources).
