You're right, I apologize. Regarding the obliviousness, I was saying that it's not as much a pay-to-win game, as many people are claiming it is, and you just proved my point without realizing it.

    Really?
What if I tell you I spent more than 500M andermant and never got anything useful?
And you are talking about lousy 800K :D
Few gems you can get with 800K nothing more ... which proves the P2P aspect.
and you all going off topic today ... weekend right? BP is not working in weekends.

Well, my comment to the debate: 800k ander does not make a toon good unless the player knows what they are doing and already has the gold lines needed for crafting. Even then it goes fast.

That said, I've spent about 200k so far. Much of that has been spent on pets for the pet bonus. Some has been spent on gambling for gold for crafting. Some was spent on some gem refiners to refine a Royal Onyx to a 600 crit onyx. Much of the improvements that the ander bought can be seen in the second picture below. The third one was all luck.

Three days ago vs the start of last night vs last night after a successful craft that I've needed for a long time
    [IMG]

All this came from crafting my 3.5/4 Helmet and then transferring it to the bellicose helmet and the drop of T5 Spider boots and various other items I already had on hand.
Helmet: Replaced LVL 50 Warlord Helmet with LVL 55 T4 Belicose with 50.89% Crit rate crafted
Belt: Replaced 1195 crit legacy belt with LVL 55, 33.94% damage belt
Cape: Replaced Warlord cape with T5 Gwenfara cape of "meh" stats, still intend to replace with White Spider cape
Boots: Replaced LVL 55 T4 Bellicose boots with LVL 55 T5 White Spider boots with very nice base stats.
Moved a variety of gems/runes around.
    Improved pet bonuses from 18% HP/+160 Resist to 21% HP/+320 Resist/2% Damage

Total gains from one successful craft (and a bunch of stuff that I already had, but was waiting for this craft):
    -(23-139) Damage
    +0.028 Attack Speed
    +8523 HP
    -23 Rage
    +802 (1.83%) Armor
-0.30 Block Strength (who cares for a 2h build)
+4639 (14.33%) Crit (with some overflow for Infernal)
    -11.5% Crit Damage
    +1420 (7.47%) Resist

    Goals remaining:
Finish improve pet bonus to 27% HP/+720 Resist/4% Damage
Refine 3 Royal Rubies (and then craft a 4th) before using refiners to improve defenses.
Get the T4 or T5 white spider cape for the 3/4 set bonus.
Replace one Royal Sapphire with a Sacred Onyx.
Replace shoulders with defensive oriented shoulders (26%+ Resist/26%+ Armor would be ideal).

From there, I'll have to set new goals. :p

My current 1H build. Insight, suggestions and critiques are welcome and requested. I have some items crafted for transfer but need some insight into what enchantments/ equipment is needed to grow. At the moment I find myself soloing quite a bit.

Doing just that Gun. I know some of the Dragan gear is only tier 1 and next event would provide better. ATM would the Karabossa axe be a better option than the Magotina one? Also for consideration, is the Bearach belt the way to go? I have both but waiting to craft enchants to them. Without knowing the future, I'm just trying to get as good as I can in the present. Thanks for your insight.

Very nice balanced build. This is the same direction I am building my toon with. Although I have ways to go to get where you are at :p

Next year, with current stats Browynn capable of doing Infernal 1 in Dragan Event. Expecting some T4 uniques that would make pretty solid improvement. I'm looking at at least minimum 90K HP, more Armor & Resist from that improvement. Perhaps push to the limit to get T5.

While choosing uniques now.. for chunk of certain stats might improve stats here and there, but not that much though.. This probably involving some transfer craft, that the legendaries might be more potential after getting better improvement after Dragan Event with different uniques.

I see you have deluxe on, as you may notice Agathon set within your reach. 50% more HP & some Crit Damage from the set is something worth to consider.
After you get good improvement from coming Dragan Event, in the same event you could farm Infernal 2 M1 for Mystic Cubes, that yield Agathon's items on T5.

With coming rebalancing, perhaps 2018 also not a good year for rush transfer crafting..better to wait and see the process. As you loose nothing, instead you already would make solid improvement from Dragan Event alone.

This is how I see things for Browynn who would like to keep her balance build.:)

Sure, I can comment but I'll be pointing the obvious: your toon is decent, lacks everything but hp and att speed, with those deff values you're struggling with most bosses on inf1/2, poor healing ability due to low dmg and cdmg and most importantly unreliable due to low cc on inf1/2. Overall C+ toon. Sadly, you're wasting andermant on insignificant pet bonus and you'll probably always be mediocre player. If you stop comparing yourself to noobs you're surrounded with and start investing andermant wisely, you could turn this into A- toon.
As far as my statement you quoted, sure, you could do higher difficulties but certainly not inf1 with ease as you expected and you still have no idea how strong players deal with ice towers. By your reaction, I can see you were insulted although that was definitely not my intention. Constant cry for nerfing dumbed down this game and there are barely any challenges left.

Keep telling yourself all that. The only reason I have a "C+" toon is because my real life interfered with playing regularly for nine months, six of those were after LVL 55 was released. Since I came back I've had a little less than three months of work. If you want to compare my toon to something, compare it to the builds you saw back in May/June since that is about how much time I've had to work on this build since reaching LVL 55. Perhaps I should compare it to your strength at that time. Compared to the builds you'd have seen back then, I'm more than competitive. And by the time I reach the strength I have in mind, I'll have gotten there plenty fast enough.

I've got some people who've been asking for a video for a while. I guess an Infernal I boss would be just right for setting the record straight and showing you that skill is more important than raw stats.

And if you really think that I'll "probably always be a mediocre player," check out my past. Past performance predicts future success and at LVL 50, I was plenty successful.

    For example:
Day one after Q8 came out, I soloed the boss on fatal with no deaths on my first try in a double feature with fatal Herald:

Or, if you think I'm saying that the shooting head need to be fixed for me, think again. This time last year I was running the event on fatal which is something that most people didn't even attempt and I had zero issues with the shooting heads. In fact, if I remember correctly, I didn't even get hit by them once.

Let me enlighten you. I'm not showing off a top tier toon. I'm documenting how fast I build mine when I put my mind to it.

Well done on rebuild. Wish you get there sooner) I think I will reincarnate my dragonknight as well. At least will give it a try. Would be hard with no good gems, no event gems, no runes, none of the jesters items etc) but I'm curious if I can build something of an infernal level in few months. Have nothing to do with my mage anyway. First step would be 50->55. And then the hard part) I would only be able to do painful. The question is how to get higher T uniques so I don't need to recraft them higher when I level up.

To be honest, I focused on getting crafted items before uniques. That made for quick improvements and didn't require any cores (which came slowly because I couldn't handle the IV and V bosses for pristine cores anyway). From there, I was able to join a couple good groups and get lucky a couple times and then I could put my place holder items into my fresh uniques. They key to building up what difficulty I ran in was defense. Every time I was able to replace an old LVL 50 item with a new item with base stats, my defenses jumped nicely and even if the offensive gains were slight or even a little loss, the ability to stay in the fight longer made all the difference.

Now, I only have one LVL 50 item to replace and I'm expecting a really nice defensive boost out of this one since it will be the sholders. With the exception of the Witch Seeker Pauldrons, most pauldrons are very defensive.

I've mistaken you for someone I can have a decent conversation with. Last year didn't get hit once, this year almost had a mental breakdown.
Anyways, I wish you best of luck.

Is that your way of saying "care about players other than yourself"? I said that that the damage in infernal is really high and they should implement a similar mechanic that they already introduced somewhere else to shut them off. Let me guess... you are sooooo awesome that you think they should remove that feature from Q8 too and make everyone run the gauntlet there too? If some developer/producer was sensible enough to realize that the shooting heads mechanic should have an off switch in the Parallel Worlds, why shouldn't this common sense approach apply to an identical game mechanic in an annual event? Give me one good reason why they shouldn't make this change. And by the way, "it would be too easy" or "it encourages people to craft/find a blocking item" are not good reasons.

    EDIT:
On topic, I replaced my old pauldrons with the Darkness Pauldrons. They aren't perfect base stats... they aren't even above average, but replacing an old LVL 50 unique made for significant gains. I also refined a Royal Ruby.

All things considered, the Damage went up nicely, the HP got a decent boost, the resistance really jumped up, same with the armor, and all I "lost" was a tiny, insignificant amount of block strength and block rate. Crit in Infernal I is now up to about 79.5% and if I remove my axe, my crit in T0-T3 stays at about 77%. That means eventually replacing the axe with a hammer won't be too painful of a transition.

i always thought that this way of building an account is not clever, and here is the proof. At this moment if you were following a "normal" way you would be 10 times better. You are wasting a lot of time, and crafting is not supposed to work like this. i don't know if you find this method enjoyable, in this case sorry for my critic. But if you think this is efficient, i seriously don't understand. Sorry
