Big problem

Hi i login yesterday and my hero is naked..no armor no weapon nothing ...can u fix it pls'

I had the same problem and ask to the french support
The man who s answered me tell me that it s impossible to giving me back my items
Bcause they was sold when my box was off while 10 min
So in 10 min i lost all my items gems and other

I tryed to do what i am supposed to do but if the french support tell me no what can i do now ?

Nobody sold my items

 

So which is it?

The only way that your items would have disappeared without you doing it is if you aren't the only one with the password. I don't share my account information with anyone, and guess what... in over seven years I've never had a single item inexplicably go missing.
