    Don't use Lightshot.
Lightshot is bad now, as images uploaded to its dedicated platform often throw error 403.
    Use ShareX.

And the problem with your images is you're using wrong urls.
Example of your first image, correctly embedded (added additional spoiler tag for convenience when loading, it's a good practice to put your screenshots in spoilers when you have a few in one post):
    And code for the embed:
    Code:
    [IMG]https://i.imgur.com/UpVHQFg.jpg[/IMG]
You get the URL to paste by opening the link you've pasted as of now, right clicking on the image when the page loads and click "Copy image adress" or whatever it is named like in your browser and language.

    So, actual advice:

In this upcoming Defeat the Undefeatables event, buy some direct passes for Dragan once you get to the higher progress bars. Kill him at the highest difficulty you can (with help) and acquire the Bellicose set. It is the single most important set for 2H DKs. In particular, you want a Helmet, Boots, and Ring. The gloves won't be used because they break the Herald Set.

I don't know how much gold you have, but save up about 2250 gold and buy 5x +2 wisdom runes from the premium merchant. Well, actually, buy one every time you get up to 450 gold so you get the benefits while you keep farming. With no Wisdom runes, your drops can range from 2 up to 25 with many being somewhere in the middle. With +10 from the runes I recommended, the drops range from 12 to 35. While the max drop is only 1.4x times as high, the min drop is 6x times higher. While most of the drops are still in the middle (and thus have improved drops closer to x2 or x3), it will make your wisdom level go up incredibly fast (compared to where you are now.)

Keep melting exo and legendary items for glyphs. Next time there is a free Deluxe Premium bonus code, use it to reglyph your items with the Deluxe discount and you'll be able to get your gear higher with the same amount of glyphs.

Every day, be sure to buy the Secret Lair Offering for gold from the Premium Merchant, the one for Materi Frags in the Splintered City, the one for Honor Points from the PvP Merchant, and if you have an especially nice daily deal, consider buying the one for Andermant while it is still discounted. Don't use them until you can do the Secret Lairs at higher difficulty so that you get better drops and more clovers. By the time you are ready to farm in the Secret Lairs, you can have a bunch saved up.

Otherwise, it looks like you are on the right path. Keep farming and completing events. Once you've built out your gear to be all uniques, start the process of crafting legendary items with good enchantments to transfer to your uniques… but that will likely by several weeks from now.

Your skill allocation can be improved:

There are four most important skills for a Dragon Knight:
    1. Smash - this is the main damaging skill
    2. Ground Breaker - You activate Q7 weapon skill with this
    3. Dragon Hide + Banner of War combo - this is your chance to unleash hell on any boss

So your other skills should support the main skills. In order to make it possible to do more Ground Breakers and more Dragon Hide + Banner of War combos, You need to reduce cool-down time.

Rage Attack: Get all 3 skills and this should be your left mouse click (or default attack)
The main purpose of Rage Attack is to reduce cool-down on your primary skills (as explained above)
    Incite - enables cool-down reduction
Rage Frenzy - gives more rage, so you can do more smash attacks after
Fanaticism - increases attack speed, thus increasing the number of rage attacks you can do per second, and thus reducing cool-down further.
That is why you need to have all 3 skill talents on the Rage Attack.

Furious Battle Cry: Get first two skill talents
Build Anger - Increases the rage to 60 - quick way to gain rage
Tear - will save your life many times, breaking stuns

Mighty wild swing - this is correct. All 3 skill talent points should be allocated.

Smash - You only need the last one: 5 point talent that increases damage.
Remember the main target are the bosses. Regular creatures are never a challenge for a good Dragon Knight.
Merciful Blow (2 point talent) is useless against a boss
Tit or Tat (3 point talent) - is good to have, but we have better places to spend these 3 points.

Rage Jump - This is correct. All 3 skill talents are useful.

Iron Brow - None of these talents are useful against a boss, but when you are on other maps, it is good to use 2 and 5 point talents. But really 3 point talent is only good against an enemy player.

Dragon Hide - You need all 3 skill talents
Dragon's Meal (2 point talent) - this is your insurance against the damage attacks from boss
Pact of the Dragon (3 point) - this will free you from a stun. very important to have if you don't want to die.
Golden scale (5 point talent) - This is how you can continue to attack boss without getting stunned

Rageful Swing - You shouldn't even be using this skill, so no need to allocate any talents

Ground Breaker - This is correct. 3 point talent will help you to start Q7 buff without initial rage and also you will be able to do more damage with rage you have.

    On Wisdom Point Allocations

I see that You have maxed out attack speed. But, remember there are attack speed breakpoints. So, there is no point maxing out if you are not reaching a break point. If you search this forum, you will see a full list of break points.
In that case, only increase it until you reach the maximum break-point that you can reach (in your current situation it would be 1.297). Then allocate the rest on damage.

    On the Forum

    On the Wiki

I like the wiki page better since it has both the original table posted here on the forum and the visualized format (which is also slightly more accurate... one more decimal place :D)

btw, bookmarking these is a very good idea ;)
