Anyone got some special item?

 

I like puzzles. I dislike slot machines. I dislike lottery scratch-off cards. If this is a random prize, then I'll pass. Others will surely disagree. I hope they enjoy it. This is a game that caters to a variety of tastes.

 

In the video above, he got the fire breathing emote which has been taken out of the game since they released the new Magic/Extraordinary/Legendary chest system... Who knows about costumes or uniques, only time will tell.

 

This halloween event seems to be another cash taking event, an alternative form of suprise chest. Fancy interface in disguise of a simple random draw of ordinary items. If it really is just put in andermant /gold and pop out some ordinary items, this is disappointed. I once thought it was like a puzzle in which you collect the pieces in the dracania world (defeating mobs drop some clues/ pieces of puzzle embedded in different maps), and the gold/ andermant part is used to change the rarity or type or difficulty of puzzle. I also thought that different puzzles give different items (999 destruction essence, 1000 COTs, unique items, new costumes and emotes, ordinary loot, special mount, pets).

I hope it's not simply an event that input some cash and give some ordinary items. It's not fun

 

It doesn't look like an event... just a new NPC. I'm sure that the Halloween event will actually be a good(ish) one.

 

If it is not the event, it will be good. Since I heard from CM in facebook that the the halloween event will brings three supervillains and there was a picture showing some clown faces like those in the video, so I thought this is about that event.

 

Maybe it is related but the gamblers will stick around. (Hopeful)

As long it is only on TS it is an "speculation".

Seems like a rather harmless diversion for addictive types, and the mathematically challenged. It might be a good learning opportunity.

It will be interesting to see if anyone does a statistical analysis to see if it pays off in time... would be rather interesting to analyze the chances of a particular prize coming up and how long (if ever) you would need to play to break even... oh crap, if I'm not careful, I'll end up Nerd Sniping myself.

Not bad... I spent 15 gold and got 300 reds and 360 purples... I think this could be good, finally a way to get the higher ess using gold! (The ones with the box around them are mine, I didn't get the 30 reds, that was someone else.)
My next 15 also was rather nice too... I think this will be an excellent way to waste some of my excess gold.

 

I have a sneaking suspicion they will release this live, let it go a few weeks or a month, then announce that a new 5K gold cloak - with gem slots - is on its way

 

Those new cloaks are looking so ugly.
And no they are not from Thai server ... i have seen them on TS.
