Halloween Event bugged my character

    After the Halloween event started I attempted to go to Kingshill via a spire. Before the loading process completed my game crashed and I cannot log into that character anymore. I can play my other characters, but not the one I was on when it crashed.

    Any ideas how I get use my character again? Is there any in game help that I am forgetting?
