I had my thread locked and was unable to reply. This is the Technical Support forum, it claims it is, hence why I posted. If you read my post correctly I stated I have to use a proxy just to get on the website. I have never used a proxy to play the game or visit the site.

I cannot enter the sites and have to resort to a privacy browser. Yes there is a reason for a proxy service.......a legitimate one called privacy. You may have missed the part where I mention no browsers were working with my IP, hence the need. I had to assume it was an IP ban, not being able to access the websites to ask for help because you need to login was solved using a proxy.

Please change the header of this section if indeed, it is not Technical Support forum as this is misleading and can result in misunderstandings. If possible, it should be, please move my reply to the thread that was locked.

There are limits of technical support forum section. Therefore, users with issues that cannot be solved on forum are being forwarded to support.

Every user needs to read the Forum Guidelines and Netiquette before start using the forum.
Every user is obligated to read the Terms and Conditions and accept it before start playing the game.

When a moderator is closing the thread for further replies or deleting user's comments you should not repeat those threads or comments.

Sometimes player's issues cannot be solved on forum as they require explicit explanation and user's credentials included, therefore we cannot allow user's data to be compromised by posting it publicly on forums.
That is why users are being forwarded to support.
