Inventory Expansion Discount?

No, I'm netither talking about the real-money discount for unlocking all inventory pages and Kobold lockers, nor about the random daily 25% discount on certain things. But about this: I have already purchased the first extra row with Ander, and am now saving up for the 3x Inventory Expansion Pack that I had available after that first purchase. Now, when I bought my first expansion (and thus had the full first page open), I did so for 1200 Ander, as opposed to 1600 because there was a discount announced in-game via a purple icon with a bag on it. I was wondering if a same discount could apply for that 3x pack (as I'm certain it's better than buying each row individually). Because if it does, and is 25%, I would have to pay 8100 Ander, as opposed to 10800, saving me a whooping 2.7k Ander. And most importantly, is there a pattern for when it happens? I'd like to know and seize the chance as soon as possible, because I could buy it right away were it for 8100. For a long time now, I've only seen such purple-bag icons for buying Ander with real-money, and getting a bonus of more Ander on that. Thanks.

 

I've never seen a discount on the 10800 price.

 

I can't remember if it counted for that too when I got the 1600 to 1200 one for the first row.

I have no idea about the pattern. I have bought 3x slots for one of my characters when the discount was available and for 8100 Ander.
But, I am waiting for it to come back for another of my characters for about 3 weeks now but I didnt' get it yet
