Good stats for a Parallel Worlds solo

    All my damage gear is from r139 and higher. If you read it correctly it refers to a guarantee damage being higher. It takes more +1 items to find one higher that 20 damage art 40 but I have 1 item with 27 damage at 50 I got a month ago from s we'd field on my mech.

    Interesting. I poked around and opened a few low level items and was not seeing anything that glyphed well. All my level 6 and 7 +1 dam green and blue rings were showing +12 or +15 at level 45, not enough to make the grind for glyphs and crafting costs worth it.

    Were there any desirable item type and level targets? I would like to replace my legendary ring and weapon adornment, but had no luck in the pre139 days.

    I have not tested the theory personally or looked to see what different result are yielded as I'm happy with the 45's I have. I was just trying to clarify what the previous poster was implying and just biding time till level cap increase when we'll all be wannabes overnight.:D

    I did the same a week or so ago and whether the item was a low level (level 8 say) or a mid low level (level 14 say), it never got to be worth the glyphs to upgrade. Maybe they changed something?

    Low lvl gear stuff does not work since r139. It was guaranteed that 1 dmg will give 24 at 45. Only exception I saw was lvl 8 crystals, but I was able to 'purify' those with 'pure' lvl2 belt. I've got my 72dmg, 208 crit crystal that way. That does not work. The claims that chances of lvl6 rings be 24dmg at 45 lvl are higher are not very accurate, at least I would call them assumptions. Lvl 6 ring might actually have dmg 1.1, 1.2,1.3 etc. I would even think that all item numbers go backwards from the max (24-30 for dmg). So there would be no difference, at least this is how i would develop it for consistency. Higher lvl items tend to have better stats. Even in Lvl6 ring thread ppl mentioned that. I've got lvl28 pendant with 28,26,24 dmg and crappy crit%.

    On topic, the shield you need would be hard to get after another 'improvement' to the game :) now you will be seeing shields with 3 dmg slots and think what the hell. Where is A ring like that? :)

    The only suggestions would be - baby steps, one at a time. Farm and improve items, do math what would give you the best return for the glyphs you spend.

    When you have free time, do the mathematics for your char. Calculate your effective dmg, and then calculate the impact of any change. That way you will know what you actually need, crit or dmg, or crit%.

    same on defence. There would be comments that math lies, and best shield is 3(block rate)+1(reduction). Those are edge cases. Stick to mathematical balance whenever possible, and then you would feel if you want to move to the crit side or the dmg, armor or hp.

    To see some of what is possible, take a look at the "Show what you have" thread. Speaking from experience, a LVL 45 2H DK can solo Map1 and Map2 with these stats:

    It's been a while and my toon is much better, but I would call this picture a good base line for soloing Map1/2 as a 2H DK.
