Missing Unique Drops

After their introduction, some items seem to be phased out of the drop pool. With the new achievement list this becomes more important.

Worst cases are:
Destructor Plated Robes and the Staff of Destruction from Destructor
The Mystical Gear from the Iron Creeper in Teleportarium.

Several players have been searching for years for an item to complete a set.
I personally can't find the Crystal Pearl of the Deep in the Atlantis areas. Does it still drop?

Is this programmed, or built into the drop schedule? Maybe a programming change is in order.

 

Good question. Ever since I've hit level 42, I haven't found an Atlantis drop to complete my set (2/5 for me, with one or two duplicates which is annoying and goes straight to melt). Needless to say I've been 45 for a while without any improved luck.

 

Well seeing all the gear drop for mage I know it drops still the issues are when they drop. Since I have played this gear so long I know what to look for for the best drop rate. I can get one Atlantis drop a week so it's not overloaded drop rate.

 

Yes, I found an extra Crystal Pearl of the Deep last week, in Temple Sector, from a Gorgon Heretic on the Eastern side of the map. Still at 3/5 and can't find the amulet and ring for the life of me...
