    This type of party system exist in various MMO and had been suggested in the old forums; then again, ignored but I'll take my chances.

    With the introduction of Party Finder, pending Guild Wars and level expansion. This feature showcases an expanded system--long story short. Party Buffs.

    Parties like players now has their respective levels and varying degrees, can be raised by acquiring experience points from killing mobs. Once a party reaches Level 10, it can be changed into an Advanced Party, and party skills can be used.

    Note:
    • The party must consist of at least 3 members to utilize party skills.
    • Party skills cannot be used in PVP arenas.
    • Advanced Party level is capped at 20. (I'll leave the party experience needed for the level degrees to the devs if ever this is implemented)
    • The party is disbanded when all player leaves or all are offline.

    Party Skills

    Level 10 (Active)
    Link Strength-While a party leader attacks a target, all members attacking the same target are granted an extra 5% dmg. [Duration: 10 secs, Cooldown: 2 mins)
    • Lv.14: 10% (Duration: 11 secs)
    • Lv.16: 15% (Duration: 12 secs)
    • Lv.18: 20% (Duration: 12 secs, Cooldown: 1:45 mins)

    Level 11 (Passive)
    Glitch in the system-Increases the chances of monsters of dropping high-tier items.
    • At the current level: Purple Gear at +3% (In conjunction to the candy cloak),
    • at Lv.13: Golden Gear at +2%,
    • at Lv.15: Unique Items at +1%
    • at Lv. 20: All aforementioned gears gains an extra +2% chance

    Level 12 (Active)
    No Man left behind-the party leader can now revive dead team members regardless of their location. Consumes a stone (from the leader) per member.

    Group Hug-the party leader can now summon his entire team on his/her location.

    Level 12 (Passive)
    Lucky Day-Increases the chances of items being dropped by regular monsters
    (Gears, orbs, ess, coins, anders)
    • Lv. 12: +5%
    • Lv. 14: +7%
    • Lv. 16: +9%
    • Lv. 20: +12%
    Note: If the Party Leader is a Dwarf, the skill grants an extra 1% in all of its levels.

    Level 13 (Active)
    Blitzkrieg-While a party leader attacks a target, all members attacking the same target is granted an extra attack speed. [Duration: 10 secs, CD: 3 mins)
    • Lv. 13: 10% (Duration: 10 secs)
    • Lv. 15: 15% (Duration: 11 secs)
    • Lv. 17: 20% (Duration: 12 secs, Cooldown: 2:30 mins)

    Level 14 (Passive)
    Rest-all players recover an extra 50% recovery from normal orbs, and 25% from their respective pots.
    • (1) Normal orbs recovers 25% of maximum HP, thus giving the player a 38% recovery,
    • (2) Universal Potions retains 65% of maximum HP, thus giving the player an 81% recovery.
    Note: I maybe wrong, please do the math for me.

    Quick Draw- Cast rate of Player skills is increased and cooling down of all player skills is increased at 1.3% rate.
