Bug Quests Not Completing or Starting

    After finishing all of the "Hailstone Mountains" quests at level 31 on "Tegan" server, there are no other quests available to start for "Eternal Watch" map. However, I was able to start and complete all of the quests for that area on another character two days prior of April 24, 2015.

    (I am not aware of any new patches during that time-frame, but others have also discussed about a bug that is also affecting "Guilds" and "Friends" lists.)

    *Recommendations: Restart server due to synchronization is off, or run a in-game system check for "Quests" or game files.

    Your Level might be to low to start them. Try leveling up and checking.
