Crusaders Costume?

We have seen much off costumes here in game but nothing from the medievel Crusades.. that will be nice to have it in the game? Nice armor, cross on they backs and on schields, nice swords? It would be nice for a change.. A real Knight costume?

 

I'm pretty sure they can't/won't make a costume with weapons included in it, due to obvious reasons.

 

i am prety sure that will not happend but costumes, not weapon include, some cross on they backs.. i dont know.. its only 1 idea., let the programers decide from the medievel, dark ages Europe come some costume, we have Janisaries in the game and no one have writen here like I, the costume is years old .. i think its from the developers to develop some Europe costume.. they say its only a game but janisaries its far from a game so develope some real history costume like "Janisaries" but European.. i havent seen real costume in the game like this and bcs of that i Ask support to develope some costume from the Eurpean History, they can choose i dont care1

 

Well, there is a Spanish-styled costume (Suave Costume) as far as "European costumes" go, but I wouldn't mind seeing a crusader costume. That'd be cool. There's also an American-themed costume (Native American Warrior) but that's not available at this time.

Nope. Crusader is a class in other h&s game, you know which one, right? And I don't want plagiarist like this here, even as outfit only.

 

That's like saying DSO shouldn't have any of its classes because other games have similar ones.

 

Don't mess class with outfit, it is simple thing. And crusader is soooo typical and boooring. Everywhere knights, paladins or crusaders pfff. Think about hussar. How many games do you know with costume like this? Be more innovative in ideas. And still crusader will be just plagiarist from other game just you have sentiment for that look in DSO too?

 

There was no mess-up, but a simple comparison. I'm surprised you didn't get the point. Claiming that a crusader costume would be plagiarism just because some other game(s) have it in one form or another is like saying, for example, that the Count Vampire Costume is plagiarism because there are books, games and movies about Dracula (there, used an example with a costume... maybe now you'll be able to understand what I meant).

 

doubt there will be a crusaders outfit with crosses and the likes. Dont want any religion promoted, and i think BP has also some non - religion policy at least they have that in the agreements of another BP game i played.

 

It might be appealing for regional interests. But a number of countries consider the Crusades as an unjust war, equivalent to a hate crime. It's why the Red Cross in the USA is the Red Cresent in Arabian countries.
With limited appeal, even within nations, why cause trouble.

 

This is Fantasy Game which has no relations with the real life.
No real life history and religion should be included ... thus no crusaders costumes.
In fact Janissaries costume should be removed IMMEDIATELY! Because it is obverse of the crusaders costume.
If not ... I want a Führer's costume.

I was about to mention that costume! If people really get so hostile/offended about such a tiny visual thing in a virtual game, BP should either remove any specific costumes and whatnot or make more, from more cultures. They kinda dodged the bullet with the winter event by using the term "solstice" (take this costume as a spot-on example: Solstice Scoundrel), but we do have some culture/country specific costumes, such as the Native American Warrior (which isn't that bad because it's very rare) or the now much easily attainable Spanish-y Suave Costume. Like you said, it's either YES or NO... half-measures don't work.
