Support friends client is not working

i have played BP games now for 5 years, and i have had a playing buddy that i have played with all those years.
Together we moved from 1 BP game to another and now to DSO, where we have spent alot of time 2 years and both of us have spent real money on premium and some andermant purchases.
Since a few weeks she is unable to use her client she has contacted BP and has been told that there are a few 100 of these special cases and it appears that BP can not get these players client working and that she might get some sort of compensation that is under review at the moment but it is taking some time.
In the mean while we have gone back to the game we played before we came to dso also a BP game.

now my question has anybody out there heard about this client trouble, and know whats going on
if they fix it ,awesome if not and she gets some credits to use on another BP game could i get that too ,so i could also move to the new game that we choose to play.

Am also asking any known info on this subject because my friend, she doesnt speak or write english very well so maybe she got some facts wrong.

 

The problem is to ambiguous to trouble shoot do you have an error message you can share. No need to share what support tells you just what the error message is.

Also side note what ever Language she is might be best if she posts something on that language forum. We like to help but sometimes other languages ml can make it hard.
