    Can't log in 2 night this week. Can't change maps without getting kicked to desktop. Parallel maps are bugged. I've about had it.

    Hi. I try to start play drasaonline today on my Macbook Pro 13 (2012 - Intel HD 3000 512mb) with Yosemite installed.

    When I open the client I login and the appear: "If you have problems...", then appear some download progress bar and CRASH!

    The error said: permission denied and a lot folders/files.

    What can I do? I really want to play this game.

    Please be so kind and send the crash report to Support to be looked into. A screenshot would be very welcomed as well.

    Hello,

    We were wondering here if this new release has fixed the crashing issue with Mac that happens when accessing areas. The crashing message related to this issue was this and similar ones but with other areas in addition to troll canyon:

    Hi,

    I installed the Mac client and everything runs perfect. But when I closed the Drakensang and opened again I received the following error:
    Failed to launch client. Last error: OSXLauncher::Launch(): posix_spawn() error: Permission denied commandline: /var/folders/2y/dvw91rt96hq17s8969m8hb0h0000gn/T/DSOClient/dlcache/drasa_online_client.app/Contents/MacOS/drasa_online_client-preload -rooturl httpnz://drasaonline-481.level3.bpcdn.net/cdndata -rootkey 9e2aa7bb5c0174c9e30bfa29302b2d36

    I tried this solution:

    and works perfect! But when I close and starts the client again I receive the same error.

    Any solutions?

    now I can't get onto Agathon server on iMac. Tegan works fine. Can't get a connection to Agathon.
    Checked with PC laptop, it's fine on Agathon.
    Any ideas?

    When i launch the game and it comes up to the launcher, i get error "drasa_online_client' quit unexpectedly. It does this every time. Tried clicking Reopen but still fails. I am running mac OS X yosemite. Any ideas on fix

    I play on a Mac, but I can't play after this last release. I'm getting lag as soon as the character selection screen opens up. I haven't made any updates on my end, I've only updated the client. Anyone else experiencing issues?

    I have a problem after updating.. everything become so lag..

    it just like a robot.. so lagg..

    Please check in ur mac..

    Ps: i have already check with my connection, there is no problem with my connection.

    why no one responding, event almost end.. and i cannot enjoy my game in participating this event..

    please need admin assist.

    You know, you can always send a ticket to support. They generally have a faster turn around time and can offer better technical assistance than the forums.

    P.S. I don't own a MAC, so I can be of absolutely no assistance to you. Good luck.

    I am using a macbook and was able to play the game for several hours. The game crashes every now and then but I was always able to login back again except this time. Nothing happens when I click login, even if I typed the wrong password, then I would have to close and open the app again. Help please? Thanks.

    now when I'm opening the app it doesn't load at all and the box remains all black... :(

    sadly since yesterday 4.8.15 i cant play,

    let me share with you this video, i hope someone here can help me.

    First thanks to alex and chloe from the support team who helped through this problem,

    ok what i did were the next steps:

    i erased the dso client, inside the applications folder,

    second

    i looked for the com.nebula3 inside the library folder i also erased.

    "/Users/<MyUser>/Library/Caches/com.nebula3/DSOClient"

    i cleaned and deleted all the cookies and cache from browsers.

    "User AppData Local Temp> DSOClient
    or... Start Run/Search write "%temp%" and press "ok" or "enter"> DSOClient folder opens"

    and after 6-8 attempts i succeeded

    i hope this helps to some of you

    I have a strange problem with the client. It starts up and gives me the login screen, but no matter how many times I log in it just reverts back with no error. I'm running Yosemite. Anyone know what I can try to get the client to log in?

    I'm trying to play with my girlfriend, and she has a Macbook pro. What happens is, when the game is downloading through the client, it goes only to the required data line, then stops. Her OS is 1.7.5, she has 4GB of memory, but her graphics are only Intel HD 3000. However, we were able to play last year, her using the same laptop. It's a school laptop, so she gets a block when she tries to install java, which means browser play is out.

    cant you download the client on your laptop and then share her the .dmg file??
