client black screen

    Hello ,can't connect to game, client just goes black screen and that's it ,can't connect for 12 hours now i think, so...game is up? That's just my client ?Any help? Game name - Gaigalas, grimmagstone server

    BP's external service partner had some network issues, and their complete Datacenter was affected.
    They were working on it and managed to fix the issue.

    Hi Gaigalas,

    I also use client, and yeah sometimes i have the same problem, if log out doesnt work i just erase everything i have about DSO in my laptop and then i just download the client again; sometimes it works (70%).

    Now asking for support may work, they answer in the first 3 hrs (or maybe i have been just lucky).

    If you can play on a browser do it while your client comes back, if you are like me and you just have the client option, be patient my friend.

    Constantly getting a black screen and not responding for the thin client - I've tried reinstalling several times including an uninstall 1st but with no luck. Problem started about a week ago, seems pretty terminal for my time here.

    Looks like I've wasted my time.

    Hey can you help me out.
    i cant seem to be able to play on the browser because for some reason i don't have that option and if i try to go to the client i get the same black screen that Gai is having and this problem has been going on for about a week now.

    In order to play the game in browser you need to have Java and Flash Player.
