question about 3 days premium

    HI, why other people got premium when release 154 approached, people say i only got it when i logged in, and my sister. Why i dont got it? :)

    Hi @eetussa

    This is a bug, the devs team is working on patch that will fix multiple bugs in the release 154. Every player should get 3 day premium trial.
    There will be announcement as soon as we get the information.

    Note: The only way you would have gotten the 3 day premium is if you had a low level character that had recently or just made it to Kingshill.

    @Lioness

    Just created new char and made it to kingshill - still no premium, what I'm supposed to do now? Why do I have to make these "manipulations" trying toget premium trial (which are eventually not working) when others just get it when logging on ANY character? I don't mean to be offensive, but it's really not fair...

    Like... how? What's that supposed to mean? Mod said how it should be done, I did it - it's not working. It's given to ones and hasn't given to others, doesn't really matter why it's happened, thing is it's not fair, just want to get this premium trial.

    you might have missed the boat as there was a newsletter with the 3 days bonus code that came in about 10 hours ago. Did you subscribed for the newsletter ?

    Yes I did, but inspite of that I didn't get such mail with bonus code. The package I was talking about and the TC also is not like those people get from codes now. With the 154 patch released there were such packages given, but not for such "lucky" persons like me, for sure. Some say they got it on other sever, or same as me didn't get all. I just wanna know how to get mine.

    P.S. to clear things up : those, who've got 3 day trial with 154 patch release are also able to get it from codes been sent, these are two different "gifts" (yes, some of my friends have them both)

    P.P.S awesome, since mods decided to show their "good old democracy" (telling to post in closed thread - sure, I'm "able" to...) to me I forced to post it here - I did by instructions but still didn't get neither confirmation mail nor fresh one with bonus, what should I do?

    i use my facebook email and i dont got my bonus code do somthing for it pls or send msg to my drakensang acc pls
    i dont need to miss it ! . and i only got that blue bird!

    I don't "write" to you I am giving you the answer.
    This is what you get by checking your email:

    Instead of asking questions act quickly before the code expire.
    If you didn't get email check your game account settings and email spam folder.
    If you provided no valid address (like FB mail) ... you can always change your email address in the settings.

    So what if someone got premium few days ago and now with the code again? I personally got only the voucher code by email ... but those who got both ... lucky them.

    That is their problem not mine. Everyone should learn how to use the email address and the account settings.

    And this premium i can activate it when i want? Cause i will not be able to play for a month and i wanted to know if i can keep it in my inventory and use it when i can play again...

    I did, it's like talking with a wall, they're not interested in solving players problems, they only know how to send pattern messages, threaten and ban, sadly...

    You're very good candidate for work in support team. Guess why? Right, you seem to don't read what others write at all. First of all I said :

    So yes, regardless of what you think/know I DO know about this bonus code. Seems like you didn't know about fact, that there is 2 different "gifts". Again, to clear things up : this thread was not about fresh bounus code from mail (at first), me and TC were talking about 154 release 3 day trial premium. However I didn't get ANY of these. Besides, I'm not even talking about persons, who got 154 patch bonus package 2 times or got 2 phoenixes...
    Secondly. Yes, I do know where to look for messages if they're not inbox, it's not there. And yes, I do have valid email and I did write about this :

    Which means, again, that I didn't get ANY of these 2 packages. In conclusion : if you're going to make an advice make sure, that you pesonally know all about it. If you don't know even as little as I do, speaking in your words, instead of giving advices make sure you know, what's the speech about. As I said, please don't write to me, if you gonna keep "hurrying" me to check my mailbox.

    P.S. "So what if someone got premium few days ago and now..." - first of all it's not a single person, it's about 50% of players I suppose. Secondly, huh, right, so what? Let's promise everyone to give 10K andermants and give it only to 5 players (figuratively speaking), that's gonna be the most fair act ever, don't you think?

    There are two kinds of people:
    1. those who know what they are doing and always accomplish their goal , trying to help others without looking for reward in return ... like me
    2. those who think they know what they are doing and getting nowhere, always screaming for help and never listens to no one ... like you

    Like I said I am not talking to you ... i am rather talking to other players who are facing similar problem like you and ARE WILLING to listen.
    No wonder no one can help you ... not even the support. :D
    In case you don't know me ... let me introduce ... I am the one of the divine players around that know more about this game than devs do.

    You should have known more about this game ... it happened in the past, it is happening now and it will happen in future.
    Proof? There you go:
    ... and there are many more cases of some players being "more equal" than the others.

    Small advise for all players who don't get DSO newsletters: Don't use your email address for more than a one account. If you get nothing into your inbox set another email address in the game settings.
