Scrolling through the threads makes me dizzy. Thousands of posts, in random order by date, none in order alphabetically by subject, just a dump by header location.

Please choose a system, use it, and let the players know the rationale.

By default they are ordered "by last post" ... which you can do it by yourself as well.
You can chose the following orders:
    - By: Title, Start Date, Number of Replies, Views and Last Message (default).
You can click on any of the options ... one click you get the ascending order ... click again you get descending order.

Wow! Sort data by column header. Amazing concept, I thought they were just dead type.

Options include title, start date, replies, views, and last message. Might come in handy.
    Thanks.

sorting by column doesn't even appear for me, no click event, no cursor change, nothing. on top of that, I click on the new posts, go into a thread, go back to posts and the most recent ones are gone. seems like it thinks im viewing forum from hours ago and nothing recent appears. not decent forum software

This may be a browser issue. Try viewing the page in Compatibility Mode. This often helps with issues involving toggle icons. Alternately, try a different browser completely.
