    I'm gonna leave too if they dont do anything about it in the next couple of weeks.Really there is no sence now to play with a dk.

    how dare you,its the only map worth playing that has a spec of sense of accomplishing something.i saved that map for 1 reason,its the only map in this game that was suppose to be the way it should be now,,but u NERFED it.numb
    stop killing this game,u took out the drops n exp.
    u promised no white gear drops in end game,and thats all i see for days,white and green,(LIVE IN THE NOW) 2015.and ur premium is no better.1 thing good is free respawn and travel.yippy yahoo yeah.u planned that,i know.not worth the Cash.
    why? drops suk,coin drops suk, dieing every second suks,PVP suks,this game suks.
    why? ur new system,thats why,
    here is what u should of done,
    leave our stats alone and build up around that.
    concentrate on the mobs and lower their damage to ur new system.
    its not our stats thats the prob here,its the mobs ect. that u need to look at.
    pvp is still crap,i run so slow when u took that away from me,and i cant put points in speed and still survive.its rather pointless.
    when u play ur toon u all use red ess to test it,dont use ess,watch ur crit hit.
    when u dont see yellow hits and its all white, and u die in seconds,then change the stats.
    but this game is broken now,and u will never ever fix it.sorry

    Your confidence in them is quite admirable. Considering it was more than a week ago since the CM bothered to come online to acknowledge our concerns doesn't really inspire many players. Even when they do, most questions simply go unanswered.

    Are they listening? Obviously they ignored the vast amount of feedback during the testing phase. They completely ignored the players concerns about the crit nerf. As more and more players leave the game their silence on the matter has become deafening.

    Dk's are dropping like flies, and other than a nice dmg boost for SW's, no one seems to be very happy with this "improvement". Of course this was mentioned more than a few times during the testing phase, but those concerns were purposely ignored.

    Will they make an adjustment? Sure, in a couple of weeks after many more leave the game there may be some minor adjustments made.

    Will they do something like seriously increase the drop rate? Of course not.
    Will they do something to seriously add crit back? Of course not.

    Can anyone honestly claim that once they finish leveling up that they'll want to farm any of these new maps over HOD? Of course not. (Unless they nerf HOD also)

    For years now, players have been asking for better maps, better gear, better events, better drops, and a more interesting challenge.

    What did we get? Nerfed!

    I certainly will not make the mistake of spending money on my character again. I can never be sure that they won't nerf me again. Like the old saying goes. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me."

    how did they nerf it? I didn't get to check it out today. I was really happy when I found it and it was a dream to farm it non stop XD.
    Last time I farmed it (yesterday), I remember it was ok. Only the ander dropped from 14 to 8 -.-

    Just a reminder what trakilaki said long time before R155 came to live servers ... when some players and other "unidentified users" were tying to disregard his feedback!

    i am with you dragenstein,

    we used to be good tankers at least until this new release, i have thinking about my problem, maybe it's my lack of hp but i dont think that's the roto of my problem, neither dmg since i have 1.50 speed and 1792-2698 dmg (which it's pretty the same i had...so no dmg boost for me, i just got my hp -2k-and crit cutted -20%-) , before the release i used to have 50% crit and now i have less than 30% i know you cut the crit on everyone, but you also made the mobs stronger...

    i used to heal me with furious battle cry, mighty swing, and what really helped me was the addicted to revende skill, which gave me rage fast enough to cast my swing while i was trying to tank and help others, or at least having my arsh not kicked... saying so, the real problem as i see it, it's the lack of crit on dk which are a meele class, whom need to kill fast if they want to stay alive, (i am a 2h dk).

    you must act now, listen the complaints, if you are truly our voice you should know that the majority speaking is right.

    But to the CMs... We did tell you. What do you think of trakilaki's number of "99% of people hate it" now? Does it seem so far fetched now?

    Several of the Achievements are bugged. Special equipment achievements will reset when you change maps, it's been that way for months.
    There is no credit for 2 of the companions.
    Support has been ineffective.
    Can you look into it?

    i dont complaint about support i know they are with us in this nightmare, the problem is the CM , not the devs, if during the test server, a lot of players were complaining and giving right feedback, telling them the hell that was coming if the release got place before fixing those mistakes and bugs, and they didnt listen to them, how will the devs know they are doing the wrong choices,....if the CM told everything is ok in the meetings, i am thinking that's how it was since the CM are "our" voice in front the devs and nothing happened in favor of the final costumbres.

    now and i really hope so, they do a big change, everyone makes mistakes but professionals repair them as soon as possible

    Will there be a list of the new uniques, where they can be found and how the enchantment can vary? and when can we access the list?

    The new map design, monsters and 'content' aspect as a whole was good.

    The skill system overhaul had a positive prospect but it blurred class distinction and confuses players.

    To help re-balance:
    - Give all classes a basal hp increase of +25%, for survivability. PW is far too difficult, also PvP has become a 1-shot fest, very unattractive. It's lost that old dso pvp feel and it's kinda silly now.

    - Incorporate hp regen back in the DK's Rage-build cry. Also Buff their hp/armor/resist an extra 20%, as tanking has become unnecessary difficult without ultimate gems. Game must cater to all. Im a ranger btw, I just dont like seeing every DK in my server offline..

    - Re-adjust the critical hit rate to ~4000value = 50% @ lvl 50, working either side from there.

    - Make the +50%dmg -10%a/speed talent only applicable for 2h and longbows.

    PW:
    - Reduce the hp and damage of monsters and bosses in PW by a third.
    - Remove lvl 49 items from lvl 50 dungeons.
    - Remove lvl 40 essence from lvl 50 areas.

    Bugs:
    - Experience skill tree upon switching (premium feature) settings, works incorrectly, even after changing maps. People need to de&re-select a few talents to activate the setting they wanted.
    - Address the block rate, block strength and armor issues.
    - Fame tree is bugged. The 10-point talents work incorrectly e.g. Ready for Battle (15% regen after kill) works once or twice per match only and is thus useless. Also /25 talents may be bugged.

    There is far more being mentioned throughout the entire forum. Please heed the advice from players. The response of players across the board has been staggeringly negative. We don't want sugar-coating, we don't want diversions.
    The game is on it's last legs, and the future will be decided in the next update.

    You're right, I just checked it out. In 1 run I got 1 white item and many many useless red hp balls on the ground. But no coins, no pots, no ess, no nothing. It's a good thing I got to farm 200 pots in that place already and about 30k blue ess :D. HAAA! nerf that

    Im a new player but i agree with almost all that you said. Beside:

    1)Stats such as critical rate/damage, block rate/amount should stay low so that diversity in class build is can be added. So for example if u want criticals then you have to actually invest on it.

    I want to add:
    Only the fact that the developers made this kind of big decision to change drastically the skill tree system proves that these people are willing to improve their game and only for that reason people should appreciate what they do. They risked it so have a little understanding. I really get annoyed when ppl give stupid "feedbacks", threating developers that they are going to stop and similar crap.
    Also i want to say that DSO online has one of the BEST gameplay i have seen in a game. The timings, know-how and opponent reading that is required is extremely detailed and matters 101%. Thats awesome.
    Generally in game i dont like the fancy costumes aspect. Cowboys, bannies or whatever. A big part of a game is also how it LOOKS. So being catwoman in a game where u fights dragons is totally ugly and unrealistic to me. And can even be game-breaking if its too much.

    Gameplay
    Stats that players can work on (like HP/Damage etc) are very very limited in DSO which doesnt give room for unique approach to classes. BUT still there is room and i believe developers should take advantage of it and give different base statistics to each class with noticeble differences.

    My suggestions are:
    1)Reduce the overall attack speed/cast speed of Rangers and Mages by arround 20%. I said this in my previous topics but it doesnt make sense for archers or mages to be so fast. Their skills are already powerful plus they are rage.

    2)As i mentioned above, keep critical and block aspects low for ALL classes but still keep the differences between classes. This will force players to invest in them if they want to have good critical or block. It will give room for build diversity.

    I cant think of something else now :D

    Greg can you please tell me if you are fixing the DK's ? I really need to know.. to see if i continue to spend my time on this game,, where only those who are heavy payers get answers,, i have cancelled my premium,, and will not spend another penny on this game till things are fixed,,,You all took away everything i had worked hard for and no one answers anything we have asked

    As you mention you are new, so after you put in 1, 2 or more years building the best character possible and then have some dev take it away then you can come back and talk about how we should appreciate it.

    The point system doesn't allow us to get back to where we were before this "improvement", let alone actually improve.

    First they completely nerfed the crit for some still unexplained reason. I don't know, maybe we worked too hard to build it up. Then they gave us just enough points to choose how much HP, Attack Speed, or Damage we wanted to lose on top of that.

    Obviously it was entirely too hard to just add new skills, new wisdom, new gear, or some new "hard" maps for those of us who had invested tons of time and money into the game.

    So they decided it was just easier to screw us out of what we already worked so hard for.

    And don't forget, they took a lot of glyphs too.

    Maybe there are some who appreciate having their hard work/money taken away from them, but I'm not one of them.

    I like @lewcar 's positive approach...let's see some of his suggestions...

    Unfortunately the damage and life in PW scales to level, so +25% flat would make lower level players way stronger, while not helping at all 45-50 lvl players (for instance, damage in PW increased from r155 to r155_21 by quite 40-100%!!)
    I would opt to reduce the increase in damage monsters wise.

    The critical chance score, had a refactoring of more than 2.3 times. It means that if pre r155 we could, say with lvl45, have 50% with 1918, now we need 2.3*1918 = 4490. In the previous curve, at lvl50 we'd need 2370 (i.e., the same we are needing for armor, which didn't change), while now 2.3*2370=5540.
    4000@lvl50 would be to refactor the original values to a multiplier of approx. 1.7...sounds more reasonable. No modification has any change in the game unless they also modify crit chance item enchantment values, or increments per item upgrade. Remember anyway that in r154 you wouldn't have 4000 = 50% @lvl50!!

    For PW, the reduction of a flat 33% cannot be taken, for the same reasons as for the first answer. I would go for a change request similar to the following: apply the same value to lvl 50 with the same progression for which damage was reduced from lvl1 to lvl24-25. It appears indeed that at low levels, bosses (which usually share the same progression as PW monsters) are way EASIER to defeat. I'd like some confirmations on this. It means that it is a strong belief that they have reduced damage progression in lvl1-25, while they increased lvl25-50, with a crazy increment starting at lvl40.
    So my proposal for PW damage is: if for instance lvl 1 they reduced by -25% and at lvl25 it is the same as r154, then progress with the same increment to +25% to lvl50. This is a way more linear increase that allows us to cope with the more difficulty of the game.
    Again, this proposal depends on the balance between character reduced life from r154 to r155.

    For PW health reduction, it is more complex. I believe they've reduced health scaling multipliers between lvl 30-40something, but again they applied positive multipliers (i.e., increase) for hp of monsters lvl 40something-50.
    In this case, I'd propose to reduce the increase by a 33%.

    Final proposal: why don't we create a feature / bug list on some public site that allows to vote (like google polls or something like that) so that they can understand the QUANTITY of PEOPLE requiring modifications or corrections?

    Just my two cents :p
