    Why are so many people wearing the jester costume? Did I miss a clearance sale on it?

    Probably because its one of the costumes that also hides your cloak. My DK wears the chameleon costume for that reason.

    It is new at shop and everyone wants to wear it.
    And a bit superstition that gambling at Jesters with the Jester costume will fetch good rewards maybe :D
