    Each time, starting yesterday afternoon, i try to buy 48000 andermant pack that's on sale i get an erorr message "Unsuccesfully booked". Would you be so kind and explain to me how on earth am i supposed to spend my money?
    P.S. error occurs when other players try to make purchase aswell

    It means your card or payment method was not approved, or that the connection was interupted or overwhelmed. If it continues, check the info you entered for the card and notifiy your card carrier that international charges from BigPoint are approved.

    I really appreciate your reply. It has absolutely nothing to do with the card as I've purchased with the same card multiple times (both andermant and premium packs), and there are plenty of funds on my account.
    I'll keep trying, but hopefully you'll work this issue out soon.

    Last time I was unable to purchase andermant but I did purchase royal bundle pack without any issues. Today I tried to buy ander (48k+25% special offer) and once again, no success. Could you PLEASE fix this issue already?!
