    Does anyone know wheres the best place to farm gems,(mainly sapphires)?

    Weapon gems like sapphires have very low drop rates. You are better off farming andermant (in the highest level area you can handle ok) and then buying your gems. Regarding where to farm gems, lower levels may be easier to clear fast, but their drops are not that good. If you can handle it, farm in the PWs with a group. The drop rates for everything is better there.
