hi, Im trying get into the game but the site just dont load, this is what i get



I'm from southamerica and if I use a proxy (us server) the page load instantly, any clue? :/

• Have you performed an IP-config/DNS flush?
• What's your ping rate and tracert to other non-DSO servers in California without using a proxy?
• Have you checked whether you can access the Berlin DSO servers without this issue?
• When did this start?

after 2 or 3 hours the problem has gone, now I can access the game but not knowing why this happens (this is 2nd time).
