Found it! Some of these are out of date after a couple nerfs and updates so I've coppied it below and adjusted it to reflect the changes. Watch for the strikethroughs to indicate changes and Italics to indicate additions I've made.

2: Generates 10 rage per hit as opposed to 8. (Available at LVL 4)
3: Each hit increases attack speed 10% and run speed 5%, stackable 5 times. (Available at LVL 4)
5: Each time you crit, all active cool downs are reduced by 1 second. (Available at LVL 39)

Summery: 2 and 3 are the old ones just relocated onto this "tree" (Have we figured out what to call it now that it is not really a tree?), 5 is nice, but the fact that crit rate has been nerfed means that it is nowhere nearly as useful as it would have been before R155.

2: Each enemy killed by a smash generates 6 rage. (Available at LVL 4)
3: Each smash increases attack speed by 5% for 1 second, stackable 3 times. (Available at LVL 5)
5: Increases the damage of smash by 20%. (Available at LVL 6)

Summery: 2 and 3 are both nice given that Smash is the primary damage dealing attack of a DK. 2 will be great in large mobs, and 3 will be great for sustained damage. Only down side is that you may want to reconsider 2 if you are looking to do bosses. I'm not to thrilled that the 20% damage perk is 5 points, but at least it is available at LVL 6.

2: "Each hit of "Rageful Swing" has a 33% chance to build 1 rage." (This is a direct quote. I think it means you have a 1/3 chance to get 6 rage instead of 5 on a swing) (Available at LVL 4)
3: Reduce damage taken by hit enemies by 20% for 3 seconds. (Available at LVL 5)
5: Adds 100% physical bleed damage for 4 seconds. It is unclear if it is 100% per second or 25% per second to add up to 100% over the 4 seconds. (Available at LVL 9)

Summery: Not too interested in 2... I get most of my rage from taking damage. I'll be happy to spend those two points elsewhere. 3 Is an old skill, but now that I have a choice, I'm not so sure I'll pick it. I heal enough that the 20% damage is almost irrelevant. 5 could go either way. I'm thinking about this, stacking with Dragon Fury, and then smashing the enemies to oblivion.

2: Increases the range of the attack by 40% (Available at LVL 7)
3: Increases the damage by 22% (Available at LVL 8)
5: Bleeding enemies have 40% slower run speed and 20% slower attack speed. (Available at LVL 15)

Summery: This was an attack that I never used anyway... I see no reason to start using it now. At low level it can be useful in PvP, but at end game when you have to decide what goes and what stays in your 10 available skills, it is an easy choice to skip this one.

2: You get 60 rage instead of 40. (Available at LVL 10)
    3: D̶e̶b̶u̶f̶f̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶g̶a̶t̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶e̶f̶f̶e̶c̶t̶s̶.̶ ̶(̶A̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶L̶V̶L̶ ̶1̶1̶)̶ Increase armor and resistance for 3 seconds.
5: Reduces cooldown of the Rage Jump by 25%. (Available at LVL 12)

    Summery: One new skill and two are ones we've seen before, b̶u̶t̶ ̶n̶o̶w̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶t̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶w̶o̶ ̶c̶r̶a̶p̶p̶y̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶s̶,̶ ̶I̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶ ̶I̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶m̶a̶k̶e̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶e̶i̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶(̶m̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶o̶l̶d̶o̶w̶n̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶e̶b̶u̶f̶f̶)̶.̶.̶.̶ ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶I̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶s̶a̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶n̶ ̶e̶s̶c̶a̶p̶e̶/̶d̶e̶b̶u̶f̶f̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶S̶W̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶R̶A̶s̶ ̶h̶a̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶n̶i̶c̶e̶,̶ ̶e̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶P̶v̶E̶.̶ I find the increased rage useful for initiating an attack as early in a skirmish it can be tough to do big damage until you take a bunch of hits. I'm not too woried about the cool down reduction or the damage reduction buff because once I'm in a mob, I'm there until they are dead (don't need the escape skill) and the 3 second buff is insignificant when I already have 68% damage reduction from my armor and 50% reduction from resistance.

2: You generate 5 rage for each enemy hit. (Available at LVL 13)
3: Removes the Rage cost. (Available at LVL 14)
5: At the end of of the shock wave, there is an explosion that hits a range of 2 meters and causes 200% damage as fire damage. (Available at LVL 34)

Summery: Nice tweeks. With the rage cost removed and 5 rage for every hit enemy, this can become a serious rage generating attack in a large mob. I'm curious if the explosion stuns too and if it counts for the rage generation. Even if it doesn't, it could be handy in PvP where the SWs and RAs have perfected the art of turning at the last second to avoid the attack. The explosion might still get them and SWs notoriously have low resists making the fire damage rather nice.

2: Generates 60 rage as opposed to 40. (Available at LVL 16)
3: Debuffs negative effects. (Available at LVL 17)
5: Reduces the cooldown by 25%. (Available at LVL 18)

Summery: About what was expected, but there is no HP regen like the currently existing LVL 45 skill. That means that it is a little less useful than it could be. I'd be most likely to combine the debuff with the lower cooldown. I also use the 60 rage increase as an initializer same as the rump to start with big damage faster. It also lets me launch Banner of War with only one preparatory attack and it allows me to lead with a banner.

2: Generates 40 rage on a successful hit. (Available at LVL 19)
3: ""Iron Brow" stuns any enemies for 2 seconds." (This is the exact translation, but it doesn't make sense... the attack already is supposed to stun. That is, unless the stun is not now included unless you use this skill and the help text just hasn't been changed yet.) (Available at LVL 20)
5: "Any critical or fatal hit from "Iron Brow" solves its not cooldown." (This is the exact translation, but I think it means that if you get a crit or the hit kills, you don't have a cooldown for the attack and can use it again.) (Available at LVL 21)

Summery: The Rage genereation isn't too useful outside of PvP and t̶h̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶u̶n̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶t̶h̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶i̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶p̶a̶y̶ ̶3̶ ̶p̶o̶i̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶(̶a̶g̶a̶i̶n̶,̶ ̶u̶n̶l̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶w̶e̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶a̶l̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶P̶v̶P̶)̶.̶ I find it more useful in he PWs when taking on the mini bosses. Juggling the stuns right and you can keep some of them stunned and unable to attack. The last one is interesting, but I don't use the attack to kill monsters and with crit having been nerfed, this is likely only 1/5-1/4 attacks... not too useful.

2: Reduces the cost by 5 rage. (Available at LVL 23)
    3: A̶d̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶2̶ ̶s̶e̶c̶o̶n̶d̶ ̶s̶t̶u̶n̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶h̶i̶t̶ ̶e̶n̶e̶m̶i̶e̶s̶.̶ ̶(̶A̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶L̶V̶L̶ ̶2̶4̶)̶ 75% more damage (stun is now default)
5: If you hit a bleeding opponent, the cooldown will not be triggered. (Available at LVL 25)

Summery: T̶w̶o̶ ̶e̶x̶p̶e̶c̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶a̶l̶e̶n̶t̶s̶,̶ The rage cost reduction is a given if you plan to use this skill, and the extra damage is likely most useful in PvP but the bleeding/cooldown option is interesting. It might make D̶r̶a̶g̶o̶n̶ ̶F̶u̶r̶y̶ Rageful Swing (with 5 point skill) and Bloody Wild Swing useful... particularly in PvP when working with a partner with a bleed skill of their own so you could move really fast. It would be tough to work on the timing, but I'm sure that some people will make excellent use of it, but not likely me.

2: Increases the range by 40%. (Available at LVL 27)
3: Reduces the cost by 10 Rage to 50 as opposed to 60. (Available at LVL 28)
5: Heals you by 20% of the damage done. (Available at LVL 29)

Summery: This is good for DPS DKs. The 40% increased range means that large groups are even more HP back so long as you select the 5 point talent. The rage change is mildly helpful, but given that most healing is done in large groups where rage is not a problem, it isn't exactly important unless you have a very high attack speed and lower damage requiring you heal more often at the expense of other attacks like Smash.

2: You heal 30% of the damage you deal. (Available at LVL 31)
    3: R̶e̶m̶o̶v̶e̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶r̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶s̶t̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶D̶r̶a̶g̶o̶n̶ ̶H̶i̶d̶e̶.̶ ̶(̶A̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶L̶V̶L̶ ̶3̶2̶)̶ Debuffs negative effects. (The attack is now free by default.)
5: While using Dragon Hide, you are immune to negative effects. (Available at LVL 33)

Summery: I̶t̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶i̶c̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶f̶i̶n̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ ̶s̶e̶p̶a̶r̶a̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶a̶l̶ ̶f̶r̶o̶m̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶0̶ ̶r̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶s̶t̶.̶ ̶I like the heal for bosses, b̶u̶t̶ ̶w̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶r̶a̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶3̶ ̶p̶o̶i̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶0̶ ̶r̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶e̶l̶s̶e̶w̶h̶e̶r̶e̶.̶ ̶ Also, the immunity that used to be in the PvP tree, is now here... this seems to be the only immunity available making it invaluable for PvP. The change that puts the debuff here instead of on rage jump screwed DK's big time. Now you only have a debuff every 24 and 60 seconds instead of every 24 and 11 seconds. Say hello to chain stuns.

2: Slows travel speed in the banner down by 40%. (Available at LVL 36)
3: Adds 30% fire damage per second for opponents in the arena. (Available at LVL 37)
5: Increases you attack speed in the area of the banner by 35%. (Available at LVL 38)

Summery: I don't care about the travel speed, so that is 2 points to spend elsewhere, but the 3 and 5 will be great for DPS (10 seconds of 35% means 350% fire damage if the enemy lasts that long). It's too bad though that there isn't an option to remove the rage cost like there is right now so that you could lead with this move.

2: Further reduces the opponents running speed from 40% slower to 80% slower. (Available at LVL 41)
3: Reduces the cost of the attack by 10 from 60 down to 50.(Available at LVL 43)
5: When the attack ends (5 seconds) there is a shock-wave that stuns all opponents within 3 meters for 2 seconds. (Available at LVL 44)

Summery: The stun from 5 used to be useful, but not as useful as the heal skill at 45... It may be useful again as crowd control, especially considering you can slow the enemies by 80%. This seems like something that will be useful while leveling and fighting monsters that are close to your level and are tough, but once you hit LVL 50 and start tweeking the character to the level we have right now, these points can be used elsewhere.

Skill description: The new war cry skill increases your attack speed and crit hit chance by 0̶.̶2̶5̶%̶ 0.4% for each enemy within 10 meters for 10 seconds. This is stackable up to 1̶0̶0̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶s̶ 50 times.
2: Opponents within range are focused on the user. In other words, the DK pulls all agro. (Available at LVL 45)
    3: Y̶o̶u̶ ̶g̶a̶i̶n̶ ̶0̶.̶2̶5̶%̶ ̶c̶h̶a̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶c̶r̶i̶t̶ ̶p̶e̶r̶ ̶m̶o̶n̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶e̶f̶f̶e̶c̶t̶e̶d̶ ̶b̶y̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶W̶a̶r̶ ̶C̶r̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶c̶k̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶u̶p̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶1̶̶̶0̶̶̶0̶̶̶ ̶̶̶t̶̶̶i̶̶̶m̶̶̶e̶̶̶s̶̶̶.̶ ̶(̶A̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶L̶V̶L̶ ̶4̶5̶)̶ Using the skill heals you 10% of your max HP over the course of 5 seconds.
    5: U̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶k̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶h̶e̶a̶l̶s̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶1̶0̶%̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶m̶a̶x̶ ̶H̶P̶ ̶o̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶r̶s̶e̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶5̶ ̶s̶e̶c̶o̶n̶d̶s̶.̶(Available at LVL 45) Your HP (and the HP of any allies in range) is increased by 20% for 10 seconds

Summery: This attack is next to useless on single enemies like a boss (except the heal), but in a group, it is an awesome buff. Defensive focused tanks can finally tank with the agro skill. 2H DKs probably don't need that to hold agro (same with solo 2H DKs), but it is game changing for a low damage, High defense DK. Also, there is no cool down, meaning that using it every 5 seconds can result in a continuous 2%/second heal as long as you generate at least 60 rage in 5 seconds. This goes well with the agro skill. The attack speed/crit boost for up to 1̶0̶0̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶s̶ could be useful, but I find it hard to envision 1̶0̶0̶ ̶ 50 enemies in a small area other than the battle ground that has since been removed from the Dragan event. Fortunately, it continually stacks so it builds on previous uses, making it really easy to hit 50. M̶u̶c̶h̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶l̶y̶,̶ ̶w̶e̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶s̶e̶e̶ ̶g̶r̶o̶u̶p̶s̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶2̶0̶-̶3̶0̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶ ̶m̶e̶a̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶ ̶b̶o̶o̶s̶t̶ ̶5̶%̶-̶7̶.̶5̶%̶ ̶e̶a̶c̶h̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶ ̶g̶i̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶.̶ ̶Not bad, but not amazing. However, but all 4 effects together, and you are getting some nice perks for boss fights. It has also seen a lot of use in PvP in high defense builds.

I was actually asking about what @_Baragain_ wrote: "First purchase one row, than unlock multiples" - this is what is not clear to me, how can I do this? I mean, I know how to unlock my first row, but how to unlock multiple after? :)

By the way, thank you all for the shared info. I really appreciate it, although I may not understand all things right now, but I will make sure I remember everything :p

Well written, thank you so much for the effort you put into it. As with this moment, I am still thinking between Ranger and Dragonknight. I don't know which suits me more, I kinda feel like I am more into the Ranger :)

PS. Sorry for the late response, I didn't had the time to get in the game in the last days.
PPS. With the new patch it seems that Rangers are nerfed a lot, so I guess I will stick with my Dragonknight :p

Probably he means that... The first row (7 slots) you get them for 1600 (1200 when it's a discount) and then you should keep your ander untill you have 10800 to buy the 3 rows (21 slots) offer from the store, since that will save you 1200 ander because if you were to unlock every row for 4000, for 3 that would be 12000.

Great info. Thank you so much!

    Now, have 2 questions:
    • you mentioned discount? When does it happen, and where I can see when the discounts starts? (does the discount work on the 3 rows from the store?)
    • where is the store that can give me 3 rows?
    EDIT #1
Another question I wanted to ask is, how to balance the stats of my items? For example, my right side items (I mean, items located on the right side of the character like armor and so on) should have defensive stats, and the left offensive stats? Or some mixture of it? Can you please help me with this? :)

The discount is only for the first row from 1600 to 1200 (which probably ain't random since I saw the offer multiple times until I got my first row, but didn't really noticed when it was on), after that I haven't seen any other discounts yet, since I'm still a newbie, but that 4000 per row it won't get discounted, hence the 3 rows offer from the shop.
To enter the shop press T, and go to packages, there you'll find the offer for 3 rows on 10800.

I also have a question about space slots.
Does the small inventory... you know the chest that the midget keeps for you... does that also have offers, or on that you have to unlock them for the 2000 value per row (5 slots), except for the first row which is 800?

Edit: About your edit :D ... I can't tell you how to make your equipment (newbie here), but today when I joined a group for Sigrismarr, when a mage said he has over 1k damage, i was looking at the 500 that I barely make with my 2H hammer and made me wonder if my playing style is wrong. Heck! I'll play my way, I'll learn more as I play/level up.
About the offer... I think there was a purple bag/notification in the left screen, alongside with the usual blue offers, daily login bonus and quest notifications.

Cool, thank you for clarification. @_Baragain_ can you please tell me more about the discounts on inventory slots? Does that only happen for the first time (like @bLaind said above?) Also, where I can see a notification about the discounts?

    _Baragain_ Living Forum Legend

The discount is random. Sometimes you will see a little purple icon on the left letting you know that you can purchase the first line for the discounted price of 1200. The discount is only ever available for the first line, never for the 4000 lines or the 10800 3-pack.
    He covered that...
I have never seen a discount for any of those rows.
Covered that, but I will take this opportunity to tell you about another thing just for your awareness. From time to time you will see an event come with a Locker/Inventory sale. It is not like the normal sales that come on a daily basis. Instead of letting you buy things for a discounted amount of andermant, it gives you an opportunity to open all locker and inventory spots for cash. The amount of cash you'd be spending is a lot less than the cost of the andermant that you would need to open all the lines.... unfortunately, that is not too useful for a F2P player, but as said, I wanted you to be aware of this so you know what you are seeing when the sale comes.

    EDIT #1
@_Baragain_ Sorry to bother you, I had a question regarding Wisdom and Honor talent points. Does the points take effect in PvE and PvP? Or they only take effect on PvP? :)

The answer was exactly in the comment you quoted there, mate: "you first have to make a single purchase of 1 row (7 slots) for 4k Andermant; then, you can get a pack of 3 rows (21 slots) for 10.8k (press "T", go to "Packs" and you should see it there), which is more convenient than paying 12k (cost of the same spaces if bought separately)." xD but I see you've got the drill by now. Good luck!
Wisdom talents work in both PvE & PvP. Honour talents only work in PvP (if you read closely the info from the icons, you'll see it says something along the lines of "this effect can only be used in an official arena").

Yup, got how it works, thank you :)
Thank you for this info too. I am new, so I though that maybe Honor talents will only work in PvP, because the honor is only obtained from there, but still had to ask to be sure :D

You're very welcome ;). It's good that you asked, because most PvP talents used to work in PvE too before... not anymore.

Hey guys, I wanted to ask for an advice about the Wisdom talent points. Currently have 5, and have allocated them like the image below:
As a DK, I got a feeling that I need to focus more on the Vitality skill (increased % HP) than anything else. On the other hand, I guess I need some increased damage too. In the second row, there are some preety interesting skills (at least for me :p). For example, Mobile Fortress skill - increased block chance by 50%, travel speed -5%. I kinda feel that I really want this skill when I get Wisdom lvl 15. Berseker Rage & Superhuman Regeneration seems a lot of fun too, bringing a lot of utility to my DK.

So, can you please share your experience? Should I get immediately the Mobile Fortress skill when I reach Wisdom lvl 15? Or it is maybe wrong to rush them immediately and should leave them for "late" game? Maybe I need to focus early on + %HP and + % Damage skills?

I would also be glad if you have not use some of this, if you can do some short dungeon run with Mobile Fortress, Berseker Rage & Superhuman Regeneration and give me some feedback? :)

My feedback would be to level up to 50 in both exp and wisdom.

For my level 50 2H dk, I use 25 on increased damage, 15 on hp, and 10 on the 50% weapon damage skill. For the rare times that I go 1H, I just go 25 on increased damage, 25 on hp.

If you use warlord set (or at least the pauldrons) + vargulf or pw heredur shield or a good 2-2, 3-1, or 2-1 shield, mobile fortress is irrelevant.

I rely on taking damage for rage and MWS for rehealing, so supernatural regen and berserker rage are irrelevant to me as well.

As a defensive 1H DK, your best bet is the HP with a good amount of points put in damage to be able to kill things in a reasonable time.
Those other skills (Mobile Fortress, Berseker Rage, and Superhuman Regen) are more niche skills. Mobile fortress is useful if you are still looking for a good shield, but once you hit end game, you aren't as likely to use it once you find a good shield and have the Black Warlord set from the Dragan series of events. Usually against mobs and bosses you are getting hit hard enough and often enough that you don't need the rage skill. Superhuman regen is useful against bosses, but since the introduction of the 60 second cool down on the skill it is not worth 10 points to many of us except in limited circumstances.

As a 2H DK, the 50% weapon damage for 10 points is huge and the most important skill you can choose. Also, given that a DK's most important asset is their damage, it is important to put a majority of the points into damage with some going into life too.

Finally, the game changes for DKs when they hit LVL 29 and unlock the ability to heal 20% of the damage done for Mighty Wild Swing. This is when 2H DKs go from usable to the best PvE option. Between the heal and the damage that DKs do 2H you are able to almost all maps solo and the larger the mob, the more HP you get back from a MWS. The only thing that you will likely still need a 1H set for still would be against bosses who do more damage, but if played well, you can even do those bosses 2H.

In summery, it looks like you are choosing the right skills for now, but always be open to change as you level up the XP tree too and unlock new skills and abilities.

Your choice in wisdom settings can compliment or make up for your gear and gems to a certain extent.

For 2H, I put 10 in the dmg boost, 25 in dmg, 10 speed, 5 HP.
    For 1H, I put 25 in HP, 15 in speed, 10 dmg (for bosses, 25 hp - 25 speed).

For my DK flag runner build I use 25 wisdom on HP and 25 wisdom points on running speed. Works wonders.
