Cannot Open in Browser anymore

After the new patch is release yesterday 11/2/2016 (Thursday),

The Button "Play Now" at the top most part has been change to "Download Now" and I cannot play through browser anymore. I am asking this, is because there are failure and error in opening the game through Thin Client after the new parch is released. I already tried:

%temp% >> User >> DSOClient >> Clear Everthing!
Uninstall after all is cleared completely >> Reinstall all over again like its a new thing in my PC

And still cannot successfully open the gane through thin client. So I close the thin client, I even use Task Manager to completely end the apps from running in any parts of the system and reopen the thin client apps. Result still the same.
Already email the support and they give the same answer as what I did above.

Now I am trying to use Browser and I already close the pop up ads. After logging in, it doesn't have any pop ups asking me to allow DSO in running through this browser at all. As I said earlier, it doesn't have the "Play Now" button at all. When I open it in the same browser that synchronized between laptop and PC, (while using laptop, I found the "Play Now" button like usual. Just in the PC it has this problem).

But please don't say "just play in laptop then" because, my laptop is already very old and almost reach its end of life date. Lol. Too many problems inside the hardwares and repairing them is the same like buying new.

Therefore,

So what should I do? Any Technician Genius please?

I am using maxthon browser. But I also tried Mozilla just now and it is the same. I am wondering if there is anything wrong within my PC that I don't know what to do with it?

 

Update or Install Java.

This was a problem last year as well. There are forum posts in the archives.

You may have been tripped up by a Java update. If the browser won't auto load Java, the banner prompt changes from "Play now" to "Download." Try the add-ons option in Firefox, selecting Java to "always allow."

It could be something else, like conflicting programming in the Java Cache. Good luck.

The browsers and Java don't update evenly; it may take a few days for their staffs to get on the same page.

...hallo, i've encounter exactly same of your problem 2weeks ago. i did also same thing what you did...
after finding the answer of my problem and its back to normal.
i downloaded before 'Mozilla portable' and im using up to now.
i have 3 browser and same story no 'play button' so now my current problem sometimes the game automatic off and if so start again u cannot log-in coz it said 'internet connection failed' i dont lose hope i log in many times and it back to normal after few hours.this is 4ft times happened like this. and i think only in teagan server.
