The Miller in PW q3 - immune to physical damage?

I'm soloing a F2P level 43 Ranger, toggling between PW and normal quests to hopefully find some kind of useable gear and not be hopelessly underpowered when PW is all that's left to do.

Made it to Stonekeep Island for the 1st time today. (Drop rate suggest 9 or 10 runs just to get past initial quest. Boring, but doable.) Ran into The Miller.

I can deal with the archers (I'm in lowest difficulty mode, of course) but don't appear to be touching The Miller ... is he immune to all physical attacks?

Which leaves me with Hunting Arrow upgraded to poison damage, and ... Thicket of Thorns? I guess I could cosy up next to him and whack away with Death Swing?

Am I missing something?

Hello @dkarl,

For your first few runs, the Miller is immune. Once you've unlocked the next step of the quest, you will get a buff to defeat the Miller. I hope that helps.

Yea, for now, just avoid him. Once you finish 2/3 and are onto 3/3, you'll collect 10 remains, bring them to the mill, and then get a buff that lasts 30 min and be able to kill the miller.

It's just like in Q2 where you couldn't get to the final boss in the first map due to the poison cloud until you finished 2/3 and 3/3 let you collected 5 mushrooms to get a protection buff.
