Bug with login in the game a few characters

Hi all 7 days now we cant play lot of players in greece i have make video! we cant go in the town and if we go we can not not do nothing, nothing working!!! 7 days we have lose lot of things premium deluxe anders we lose daily quests.
here is the video 7 days you can not fix it?????

 

I have exactly the same thing cant play only on my main char the rest works just fine ... Technical support is quiet for a week now ... everything started with 164 update ... and im loosing premium every day ....

They admit it is a bug .

 

I highly doubt that this is the problem... because...
All chars are in Cardhun... You login with the low character and loads immediately so you switch char right after, and the map ain't loading for the lvl 50 char. No grouping involved whatsoever!
And what about the dungeons? This logic doesn't seem plausible since you're alone, no group... and there's a chance that I'm the only one playing (well... trying to play ) in that dungeon.
The only noticeable difference between the characters is how much information is in the Compendium. They should also take a look at it.

I submited a ticket a week ago, still no fix. Any idea when this will be corrected? Any chance for a compensation?

 

There was a hotfix yesterday ... hotfix to the hotfix today ... probably we need another hotfix for the latest hotfix.

It is little better than Yesterday but every time I go city must close the game and I do again login
i have tired so much, friends they are angry with me all the time wait me to login

 

13 days !! come on !!! u cant fix this bug or what ?!! u make events ,releases and we are buged we cant play ?!! what is this ?!!

 

If you get a. row screen just wait for someone to e,it city and you will load.

 

why i should wait 1hour and others can play as they like ?!! its a bug bro, so BP need to fix it ,this bug appear since R164 . pls,if u dont have this bug donc give fake solutions !!! im waiting an answer from some admins not some players saying clean cash , wait 1h hour ....

Well what I am ting to explain you can do 1 of 2 things. You can get on with waiting for someone to exit the city or you can not play. I choose to wait.

And yes I have been effect by this bug also. Once I killed the client and tried again 2nd I Web surfed til I got back on.

Now I am sure there are other problems that cause this error but for me it was just a full map.

 

Still no fix in sight?
I've already wasted almost 200 RFs on unsuccessful entries on the Undefeatables event, and didn't even manage to finish it because of this crap.
I need to get back all those wasted fragments and farming right now is slow as hell (the whole playing actually)!

So.. did the previous hotfix solved your problem?

 

No I still get a 1 to 2 min brown screen from time to time but I think that is what the hot fix was about.

 

I don't know if this is the proper thread to post it, but will the Rel 166 fix the problem? I didn't see anything in the changelog. People of Dracania brace yourselves a new Rel with new and improved bugs is coming (i hope i will be wrong, but the beta test time is so short between the rels).
