Agathon Server doesn't appear to have updated

I can't see any of the new doorways in the Splintered City of Cardhun on the Agathon server. According to the release in the bottom left of my Internet Explorer screen I have release 172_13.

Everything seems fine. Our latest version is R172_13, so you are running out the right version, which means Agathon server is updated

Make sure that you have completed all PW maps. You will be able to find our Q7 - Harold - when you have completed all PW maps before.

What is PW map? Is that the same as all other player maps?

PW map means Parallel Worlds map. Have you achieved them?
You can only reach them when/if you are level 50 OR if you have in the same account any character that currently is level 50.

 

No I did not complete the parallel worlds. My character is not strong enough even though it is lvl 50. I have created a new character in hopes of making a more effective character.

 

Have you accessed cardhun? Have you completed the other pw quests?

If so, go to ammon and take the quest to talk to somebody. A question mark will appear on the bottom left of the cardhun map. Go to the question mark, speak to the quest giver, take that quest, and then the door will open.

Edit: if you don't have a level 50 character, you can't access the pw or cardhun.

 

Each time you complete a parallel works, the next unlocks. To get the latest parallel worlds, you need to clear the six previous ones.
