    Hi There,

    Just finished combining my 3rd Powerful Onyx Skull (20HP Regen per second). I was hoping to combine the 3 of them together as usually happens but when I tried, there was no "next level".. can that be addressed?

    What in Hell, Germany is an "Onyx Skull"???
    The Onyx provides Critical Hit Rate, not HP Regen.
    Are you in the wrong forum?

    Check out Dragan event FAQ.

    It actually would be nice to take them to a 3rd tier now that players HP are so high.

    It is an old event gem from the dragan event, and is now treated as a rune that can be used in either the cloak or helmet. The first level provides 8 hp/sec of regeneration and three of them can be combined to give a more powerful rune that provides 20 hp/sec of regen. i use 3 of the 20 hp/sec in my DK's helmet and a 20 and an 8 HP regen/sec on my mech.
