can't log in at all on Heredur, seems my char is still logged in since yesterday.. great

Well its been 3 days now for me
im losing places on leader board
cant do events
cant chat because its says im not in region
try to do stonekeep lvl1 run died couldnt revive 4 attempts
im lvl 55 ranger scoobadooo
So ill huury up and wait

when i logg in the retry screen appears about 3 times before i can enter
when i appear i have an invisable mount cant see most players in town
wont let me chat to anyone it says im not in region
trouble entering pw maps frezes somtimes or d/c
it been like this for 4 days
last time i played was sunday around 3pm australian time
i get a white screen in kingshill then everything starts to appears but im stuck in the ground my ranger wont move but i can walk around i hope that make sense my toonis stuck but i can mouse around town with no toon

also when i enter cardhun i have brownish screen then everthing slowly appears
system alert 'chat service no longer available
if i click on my quest log game freezes and i get dced
cant tell u any more

- check our Technical Assistance section
- check the Minimum system requirements
- check your network gear (modem/router, adapter, line)
- if nothing above helps, you should contact support.
