    1. farm 2 mortis rings (tier 3 or more would be nice)
    2. judging by the base dmg , your weapon has really low stats/enchantments?
    3. lvl 9 Gloves? they better be +40% attack speed
    4. look for % increased dmg on helm, armor and belt.
    5. 190% crit dmg is almost useless if you only have 9% crit chance
