Why can't I get into Thunder Crest?

I have done all mainquests and sidequests in the city, my level is 41 but the engine driver doesn't give his quest and the game doesn't tell me what to do...

 

you need to be level 42

 

How am I supposed to know that?

If you don't have more quests to progress in the game, then, you have to level up.
Sometimes we run out of quests, because we were too fast The only way is to level up and more quests will appear.

Yes, it is really annoying when you don't know why you cannot get there. Believe me, we all have been there. I was trying to figure out the same myself an year ago. The game doesn't tell you that you need to wait.

 

Would be cool, when the repeating quests get XPs - they could even get harder or something (like more enemies to kill or having to go up in difficulty or something).

My dwarf character has the same issue now but there the dungeon atleast tells me that she needs to be level 35 to enter so I know that I am not just missing something. But the dungeons that require me to solve a quest to enter don't tell me anything, the NPC in front of the path just says nothing.
