Double Log/Others Using 1 Account for gain

Going from the change of your T and C last year that double logging was against the rules to stop booosting does this also occur to 2 players that are 55 ?
If it does this needs to be cleared up because it is rampant on the Agathon server and people think there is no problem doing it
A person in Swerfield Pastures said oh it is my brothers account but he was on 2 accounts at once ??
His next comment was if it is against the rules these people are doing it too and rattled off some strong level 55 players
Logging into another person's account Is this against the rules ??
If it is not already it should be because some people use this like botting for unfair gains at Leaderboards etc
I do understand that some people spend a lot of time on this game but when multiple people play 1 account to win Leaderboards surely this is a cheat ??

 

Hello @-{Gabriel}-, our General Terms and Conditions, which were updated since August 1st 2017, clearly state:

• 1.2.6 Users are authorised to create multiple accounts, but certain games operated by Bigpoint permit Users to play with one Account only (“prohibition of multiple Accounts”), and detailed information on this is provided in the Game rules. Bigpoint strongly recommends that all Users with multiple Accounts read the rules for the relevant Game, as a breach of the prohibition of multiple Accounts may result in an immediate suspension of the User.
  Furthermore, even in Games that enable Users to have multiple Accounts, communication and any kind of interaction whatsoever between the Accounts of the same User is prohibited (ban on “pushing”). In particular, an Account may not be used to create advantages for another Account held by the same User to, for example, transfer Game items or currency from one Account to another Account of that User, and one Account cannot compete against another Account held by the same User.
  
  
• 1.2.7 The prohibition on pushing applies to the Accounts of different Users. An Account cannot be used to dishonestly gain advantages through the Account of another User through the transfer of Game items or currency, or by deliberately losing a battle (“boosting”).

So, with this information in mind, if you have solid proof of something breaching the T&C, please contact support immediately and provide said evidence for them to investigate it and take action if necessary, remember we cannot follow up these cases in the forums since it's not in our scope of action, so I'll be closing this thread, best regards.
