Q4 or Q7

I've seen that SW's have basically two choices in builds, either the q4 or q7. Which one is better? I'm guessing that all the rest should simply be ignored at this point.

 

For pvp obviously q7, for pve it depends on your ability to use the skills. If you use talent5 of control mind+ talent5 of singularity you can play all the time with q7 buff activated. If you are not a skilled one use q4 and enjoy the lightening.

 

well yeah thats true but im in a pickle now i can use both sets well, but the one set gives more safety ( q4) while other q7 gives more dmgfor consistent atacking which is ok for solo but if you fight vs herald inf 3 you will cry because of the FS reallllly short range. So i really cant decide what to use since mobs go down easy but the problem is the boss and wheather which of the 2 sets is better

 

Not that I play as a sw, but I have seen pretty amazing builds
This one sw he uses both sets, q7 uncrafted then switches to q4 while under buff
Just saying.....

 

Sounds like quite the pain, unless he has a macro of sorts.

 

i do it too with the buff but you cant keep it perma active while with q7 on you hav e perma 150 inc dmg with q4 you have good range and sustained dmg which in dso is bad since bosses have higher chances to EDIT

 

I'm too lazy and I do not want to argue about a question that has already been discussed I do not know how many other times. But I say my opinion, having all the weapons (including Full Moon) crafted with similar damage enchantments: Q7.

 

My vote falls on Q7, but that's only because it suits my playstyle. Just pick whatever fits yours.
