Since our turrets will have a crit on R208, anyone could share their crit build? What set's to go?
Does 1H build viable on R208?

You can check those builds in Ranger's and SW's section ... especially in Ranger's section since you can find more reliable builds there even for 1H setups. The way you build crt build is same for all classes and the items are almost the same.

While there's a lot in common with RA's builds I wouldn't refer to SW's builds (they usually prefer Q4 set for PvE which is still hardly usable for SMs untill they do major changes to Tesla Turret mechanics).
The main difference for SMs is they can STILL use bloorune Set (even after the r208 patch) because of the ASPD boost it gives (that still works on MG turrets and it's extremly important, more than ever, to regen steam since the Tactical turrets nerf).
Noone can say what will be the best but, Q8 set will be very good (now basically noone uses it), Q7 will be very good but Bloodrune weapon will still be on par with it, Q4 weapon isn't that good yet untill they don't change Tesla turret (they still cannot stack).
Witch Seeker set won't be as "mandatory" as now, if you use Q8 set you won't use Witch Seekers torso so it will be possibile to use Q4 belt + Q5 pauldrons in place of Witch seekers pauldrons + belt (and I definatly prefer the Q4+Q5 setup for several reasons).
Helm and boots will always be Bellicose ones (no doubt about it) with 3 crit rate/inc dmg (eventually 4/4 crit rate on helm if you don't have maxed onyxes or you want to be "conservative to be prepared for higher mods) on helm and 4/4 walking speed or HP on item on boots (or a mix of both) on boots.
Rings will be Bellicose one (if you use Q7 gloves), Bloodtooth (if you want to spend A LOT to have HP on ring which will benefit any HP rune you'll put on it... untill they don't release new runes to put on rings which I'm highly convinced they will do pretty soon), Mortis' ring (which is the one with the highest DPS potential and the only bad point is doesn't benefit much from HP runes), Arthaya's ring (for full HP build, for solo farming, especially @ higher mods, most of all if you want to solo inf 3 bosses), Orsha's lost legacy (alternative to Arthaya's if you have premium), Bloordune (if you use the weapon and the ammy).
Ammy could be Q9, Bloodrune (if you use also the belt or the ring and the weapon) or Kramparus (if you have saved it from the last Christmas event), my fav one is Q9 one.
Adornament: Q8 (if you use the torso) or Twin Queens (Magotina but also the Karabossa one could be interesting since they nerfed Steam regen)
Cloack: Gwenfara (which still is my favorite one for the defensive boost that I always prefer over the flat, quite neglectable, dps boost of the other cloacks), twin queens (White one unless you have 1h build with a shield, in that case Black one is better), I wouldn't sugest Cloack of heroes (because with crits acivated, Karaboss cloack would be better and with better stats).

I cannot tell you what would be the best (logically someone could say Q8 + Q7 is the way to go), but I have the feeling Bloodrune is still better because of the higher steam regen it gives.
From my tests, Q7 buff, it's just too clunky, it takes to much time to enable the buff, has low potential on fast farming and really shines only in the boss fights; even there, when you have a boss that destroys your turrets every 4-5", you will want as much aspd as possible to regen steam. It really shines only when you have a tank and that's not my gaming style.

Thanks Trakilaki, sure to check those.

Thanks Saved_81 for the detailed input. By the way, you had a reply from one of the post here about Q7 vs Bloodrune weapon you mention there that you got a 4th build which is crit type. I couldn't find your particular reply, it's been deleted. If you allowed me to repost it, then I will do so for reference. I'm really interested to know your 4th Build (Crit type) :)

my opinion to a crit build is this build

    Q7 set + q8 set or q7 + full karabossa set.

q8 set is for the mechanical turrets lesser cooldown for your c14 rocket. you can use then always c14 rocket and buff of q7.
after 208 you can use this 2 sets for solo farm.

In r208 in group i prefer q7 + full karabossa set, in the group effect you have cooldown off all your turrets if you close enough in the range standing

I deleted it because mods kept editing my posts (if that's the one I think you are referring) but there's nothing more than I said here (in fact it wasn't considering the nerf we have in r208 on tactical turrets so it was completly ignoring the possibility to use Bloodrune ALSO with crit builds).
It was solely based on the Q7 + Q8 combo but with the importance it's getting the steam regen (and untill they won't implement new ways to regen steam) Bloodrune still has a spot also in crit builds (most of all because it doesn't need the Q7 gloves and Q8 set which severly penalize the base dmg and crit chance &/or steam regen)
Even in Group your turrets are gonna be destroyed very often and I do not recommend to lose the talent that gives you back 20 steam when a turret is destroyed.

MG turrets are Always dropped @ your current loction and more often than not they are gonna be destroyed by the metheor/lightining/poison bosses were meant to cast on you (but will hit the turrets you casted before you had the time to move away).
Heredur, more than any other boss, is gonna be a pain in the *** (after Mortis which is extremely easy in Group and barely doable in solo).
Every time he casts his ice novas all the turrets you casted will be destroyed (so you have to undeploy them asap to get the steam back).

The only turret really worth to be used against bosses is Tesla because it cannot be destroyed nor stunned, freezed, MCed and so on.

With the next patch SM will be one of the worst classes in boss fights.

This is sad :(:(:( It seems that there's nothing to choose from. Forcing us to use a generic build.

Mods can close this thread as there's nothing to discuss.

    Thank you.
