How long does it take for Error 23 to disappear after a crash ?

    Tried to contact support and apparently my email address is wrong on the question form so that is a no can do
    14 + hours and still Error 23 from being in my backpack changing sets ?????????
    Have I lost my account ?????????
    With your great nerf coming up will be the last straw after 5-6 years playing Drakensang

    Hi -{Grabriel}-

    i have a solution for that problem

    1. Delete the game off your computer
    2. Delete all files about Drakensang > %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\DSOClient
    3. Restart your computer
    4. after restarting your can redownload the game
    5. log in and problem have been solved
