seems since DSO/BP discontinued the sapphire gems its much more rare and difficult to boost the speed of your character. I have the idea to have a Celerity rune event similar to the viscanium event. could even use same map and values. Farming for...wait for it.... CELERIUM. you get regular CELERIUM to then get PURE CELERIUM, to then get celerity runes. sounds kinda lame but as it is it seems there is almost no way to get celerity runes except for clovers or the rare event progress bar. I think DSO should add celerity rune drops to the sentinel chests in addition to the wisdom runes. so if a celerium event is a non-starter, at least give us a rare chance of celerity runes like the wisdom runes. also, add celerity runes to more event progress bars. maybe even have option to buy them with ander/gold/draken.
ps- i realize you can boost your speed with talent tree but that doesnt effect pvp arenas and as it is there are way too many old players with high level sapphires and converts to runes where new players and toons cant achieve the same speeds they have do to rarity and difficulty of getting celerity runes presently..

It's really easy to get the 1H/adornment celerity by simply doing the moon events, which offer up to four 2% runes a month from progress alone. I myself only complete the full moon progress bar for two 2%'s every month but sometimes I do new moon up to the first rune.

After a year of diligence, you could have up to 48 2% runes, which would combine to 16 4% or to 5 6%'s and a 4%.
