Hello RadiBG666 and welcome you to DSO EN Forums even if the circumstances are not too pleasant this time around. Hopefully it is a temporary glitch. Please follow the instructions in this link. Deleting the game completely and making a fresh install may help too. Cheers.

    1) How long do you wait when the screen goes black? Give it 30 seconds to see if the game loads.

    2) Have you got your GPU drivers up to date?

    3) What about using system restore and rolling your system back to the date, where the game actually worked?

Usually that is happening when someone is using VPN.
    Are you using VPN?

    1) Have you downloaded all necessary Windows Updates ? Important and recommended? There is quite a long list of updates to download after a fresh installation.

    2) As to VPN:
    - Have you installed a VPN on your computer or on your router? If you haven't then you are probably not on VPN. However, if you have notinstalled a VPN, you may still be running on a VPN. If you are running on a corporate network, the network administrators may have set your machine up to use a VPN. Here are a couple of tips of what you can do :

    - "One of the ways to see if you are on VPN is to run traceroute (tracert on windows) and look at the times in the output. If there is a big difference between the first few lines (more than 20 msec), you're probably on a VPN. If you're not on a VPN, you should see some abbreviations of names of major cities in there."

    - "The easiest way to figure it out is to check your IP on multiple sites, if they are the same and shows a different country, than you are staying in , then most likely you are using the VPN. If the IP shows your location ( or country ) then you are not using one."

Hi there. Are you connected wirelessly or via cable? If wirelessly, try to change the channel or...maybe disable wi-fi and connect with a cable. Another thing you can do if you have a direct access to your router and it's over a phone line connection, you could try and switch the router off , disconnect all cables ( from the phone socket and from pc) and wait for 20 minutes- it will refresh your IP profile for your line. Alternatively you could get in touch with your broadband provider and ask them to do it from their end.

If that doesn't work...why don't you try to play via IE11 browser until your DSO Client gets "fixed"?

I remember a couple of years ago I wasn't able to log into DSO for around 4-5 days and nothing worked ...after those painful few days I simply logged in without a problem- just like that :). Take it easy. Peace out.

I understood the problem. I have two videocards. Intel Hd graphics and geforce 820M 1gb. I tried to play the game with intel and it worked but this video is so bad and i have lags. So when we know that the problems is with the compatibility between the game and my nvidia can we fix it?

What you can do is disable one of the cards...go into safe mode and uninstall Intel HD - it should normally reinstall itself after reboot. Go then to safe mode again and disable that Intel HD card- you should be able to use your geforce card then and you should have no black screens anymore. I hope you have a back up on a separate partition or an installation disc just in case:)
