not only that, but even if you have 0 points placed on the ability, it works anyways, both in pvp and pve healing the NPC on the defense quests etc

I hate it so much when people complain about something they do not understand...
As of r212 the basic group talents of all the classes do work in PvP, just like they do work in soloplay. Grouping enables group aura, group talent increase and the group momentum.
    Read reply to #1.
"Fixed"? Rather "changed". Not that I am against it though...

In game it write "Group Talents are not active in PVP battleground"; but they are active (for all classes),so I see that like I bug.

It's a bug so it needs to be fixed. Read the red letters on the group skills window.
And... the dwarfs healing ability is the only one that doesn't need to have assigned points to work...
I would understand that it works just like every skill does now if you have the points assigned, but without even having decided to assign them there it works anyways, it's like giving to dwarfs more points, they can assign on other ability cause healing is working with 0 points, both PvP and PvE.

The red letters in that window are applying to everything in that window. And that does work. In PvP, even though you're in a group, the Group Aura doesn't work, the Group Effect increases do not work, and the Group Momentum doesn't work either. So, I guess everything is right.

The basic value of the group effect on the other hand, is specified in the Experience tree, in the skill tooltip. Tell me, where in the Experience tree is said anything about anything not working in PvP?
False. They work at their basic value even when you are solo, without any group at all. You can even test it out yourself.
    1. If you're a mage, enter any dungeon/wilderness, place your guardian (counts as ally), stand next to him and use Frost Nova. You'll see the FN Group Effect launching. Alternatively, you could enter inf2 parallel world, place the guardian, stand in its Death Buff range, let it die and see the Group Effect (signalised by adrenaline-like particles at your character) launching.
    2. If you're a ranger, enter any dungeon/wilderness and kill any mob with a Deadly Blow. You will see the DB Group Effect launch. Alternatively, you could summon the Wild Pack (allies) and use Adrenaline - wolves/tree would get the Adrenaline Group Effect. You could even launch a Net when standing in melee range next to some monsters, and pay attention to the healing numbers on you and the poison damage dealt to your enemies - unmistakeably a sign of Net Group Effect.
    3. If you're a Dragonknight, enter any dungeon/wilderness, take a look at your attack speed, place a Banner and look at your attack speed again. You will notice the buff of the BoW Group Effect has been applied. Alternatively, if you have a crit rate of at least 10%... either Smash your enemies a few times, paying attention to your damage/buff section to see the Smash Group Effect works, or use a Bloody Wild Swing at a monster horde until you crit at least once and pay attention to the healing numbers on your character - a sign of the BWS Group Effect.
Read above. Even the Destruction Group Effect of SW does work without any points, even though you can't see it unless you invite a fellow SW to strike you with a Destruction and pay attention to the buff section of the screen.

The Group Effects with their basic value are in the skill tooltips for a reason.
