    My question is, its true ?
    If the answer is yes please put à screenshot I want To be sure.

    From the R214 patchnotes:

    "With this release a new type of enchantment will be introduced, the unique enchantments. These enchantments work similar to golden enchantments and can only be found on extraordinary items."

    There have been a couple of unsubstantiated claims. No one has provided a real screenshot with a blue or green item that has a plat line.

    That said, you can craft 4 magic items into a exo item with a plat line.
