PVP Not working and support dont help

    Yesterday I try many time not working even if you wait hours

    After 30 min wait

    I deleted all temp folder - unistall game and reinstall. Still team mode not working.

    Tech support just told me to continue try ???

    Can some1 help me with that.

    Are you in group?
    If so ... leave the group even if you are alone in the group.

    This is a joke I send them videos and pictures. Pvp work with all my other avatar but not working with my main champion :(

    Hello @Leyla93 and welcome to DSO English Forum.
    Conversations with support officers are private, please do not show them in public.
    You are experiencing an old bug, support officers cannot fix your issue.
    Clearing your DSO Cache could help. Delete DSO cache inside TEMP folder, as instructed in this guide, and download all game files again.
    Start the game and try to get a PvP battle again.

    Hello @Mal3ficent did you check my video... Pvp is working wiht all my other avatar .. Only with my main avatar Leyla93 is not working ..

    I allready deleted all Temp folder uninstall game ... Re install it again and its same .

    I think the problem is in your server side .. other wise why is working with my other avatar ?


    If you want just log in my account and try it with Leyla93 you will see.

    Yes @Leyla93 , I did check your video. It is an old bug that some players are experiencing for a long time.
    Whatever the problem is, we, the moderation team and support officers are not able to fix it because we are not technical staff.
    Please contact support again and ask them to forward your ticket to tech staff.
    Your username and password are private, do not share them with anyone. :)

    I will leave the thread open for the time being.

    greetings Leyla,
    same trouble happened to me in January 2019 with "storm the fortress", i was in a group when i logged offline, didn't leave the group (i should have...), but someone logged in earlier than i the next morning (a group member) and he registered a "storm the fortress" match, for some unknown reasons he left the group, without canceling the registration and when i logged in i got an automatic registration with the same thing; me alone and the timer going on for ever... as if i was the only one waiting for a match...
    i have contacted support, multiple times, with the same answer "delete the temp folder, restart wifi router etc etc" the problem isn't from your game or your pc, it is a bug related to your account and only the support is able to fix it, not you. Thank god it got fixed with the release 217 where i could finally play 6v6 again... but that was thank to the update not the support's help.
    Keep trying to contact them, explain them you have done every thing and that this bug comes from your account, the final resort would be to wait for a game update, but i hope you won't have to wait for ever and that it will get fixed soon. Don't give up.

    Hello @Durendhal thank you for information. Tech support they juts dont care about me ... They just repeat me to try again and again :)
    From now i am just thinking to stop playing. This is not normal that they dont want help. I am soo sad :(

    you have to give them time, but not too much, don't spam them however, ask one of the support staff member to check in your account to find the source of this bug, or rather "glitch", someone has glitched your game, in my case it was the guy leaving the group without canceling the battleground and me being offline. Be patient i know the pvp leader board has started, so it is very stressful for you (my score is glitched too, i don't gain any progress when i play battlegrounds, i am stuck at 2290 points on the progress bar, i'll send this to support too) but do not give up yet, just be patient like i said, and relax, life before games :);)

    I am at pvp server and i play 5vs5 all the time....thats weird

    weird until happens to you, after that is annoying :)
    Looks like a bug that can only be fixed at the moment by servers restart, when new patch comes.

    Exactly i'm experiencing the same trouble but only group pvp refuses to work. Solo is ok i can play.
    It seems that a previous session of group pvp, where i got brutally disconnected by my own(bad computer) fault, is still trying to complete but u see 1 bar never more and u see nothing when u try to launch an other session and i did everything as mentionned above twice :) i dont care so much but it s frustrating not to be able to do what i wanna do when i want to.
    And i think yes nvmind is correct only a hot fix could maybe fix this. Sorry for my english it may contain a few mistakes . Have Fun

    I have friends now that have the same issue and they confirmed is a bug triggered by going offline while being in a group and where pvp is also involved. Not sure in what order the events has to happen, that triggers the bug, but for now stay safe and exit the group before you go offline.

    I am having the same issue... it just did not work one day when I logged and tried to register. A post in the german forum said that an update/hotfix would resolve this issue. Only Team-PvP refuses to work tough, Duels are fine. This bug has really taken me some nerves because I am forced to do Solo-PvP if I want to complete the Helios-Event.
    Let's hope there is a hotfix soon :)
