Nebula 3 Error when logging in

    Just came back to play Drakensang and go to log in get a Nebula 3 Error never seen it before
    Uninstalled and re installed game still the same
    Any Advice ?

    Help can not throw error in nebula3 according to file DSOClient.log

    Sat Aug 17 10:21:37 2019 [ERROR] D3D9StreamTextureLoader: D3DXCreateTextureFromFileInMemory() failed for file 'tex:dropitems/fx_glow_violett_01_color.dds'!

    Sorry for late reply. As above- if all steps you have taken fail- please send the details of error message to the Support. By the way - are you able to play DSO now or are you still having problems with Nebula3 ?
