    I wrote a inquiry to dso support team for restoring my character but this is what they say,

    "Unfortunately we are unable to process your inquiry because you have not contacted the responsible Support team. In order to help you, we'd like to ask you to contact the Support team responsible for your language area"

    What should i do?

    Hello Žeňa1998 :) ,

    You should do exactly what the message says - contact your language support team. If the message you received is in English, it means you contacted the EN support, but your account is not English registered. If your account is registered in, for example, Turkey - you need to contact the Turkish support. If your account is registered in Bulgaria, you need to contact the Bulgarian support.

    You can log into the game in the language you registered and played through initially, or, access our website and choose your language from this page before opening the support link: https://www.drakensang.com/en/language .
