I can´t tier up my cloak

    The game won't let me raise the cloak to tier 1, when I already have that scroll to be able to tier it up, in fact I had to raise another one that wasn't the one I use normal because the game won't let me raise it

    The workbench is tripping.
    You need 1H legendary bow even if the workbench is showing 2H.

    In that case your cloak is bugged.
    I have reported this issue back in July while cloak crafting was still on Test Server.

    The cloak can't be upgraded ... but if I change another cloak it is doable.

    The difference between those 2 cloaks is ... the bugged one has an unique value and the working one doesn't ... which is exactly what your cloak is having.

    And i cant remove the unique value from my cloak, no ?
