A question about the mission "Lack of Lacquer"

Hello everyone, I was wondering about this mission. When I will give the 30 Elysian Hero Boxes to Shady Jon, I will still have them in my inventory in order to open them and take the loot? Or I should choose between what's in the boxes and the completion of the mission?

It says "Deliver" it doesn't say "Show"

Now I wonder... is it worth it to complete this mission?
The loot from the 30 boxes seems to be more useful.

The loot from those boxes is useless ... you can always get exo items from farming.
On the other hand ... you can recharge the amulet with the lacquer only. That means you will save limestones that are not so easy to get ... especially now when the drops have been heavily nerfed.
