Account banned?

    Can i ask. How we can get banned account and what to paid for the unban?

    Hello @GernaldIV :)

    I think you got confused by this thread - but you have misunderstood it completely.

    You can get your account banned temporarily or permanently from the game if you violate the game's Terms and Conditions.
    You cannot pay to have your account unbanned. That is NOT an option.

    An account which is blocked due to owing money in game can be unblocked after that debt is paid - for example, if someone makes a purchase and then cancels the transaction, the account will have a debt that needs to be paid before the user can continue playing.

    I hope this clarifies the situation :) .
